The well-furnished patio is perfect for hosting cookouts in the sunshine and fresh air. Inside, you can kick back easily thanks to central air conditioning throughout the entire home. Enjoy cooking up breakfast together in the full kitchen with an extended breakfast bar. There's also a coffee station upstairs to help you greet the day with a hot beverage. The shared neighborhood pool and Ed Walline public beach access (0.4 miles away) are both within easy walking distance. You'll find it easy to get into a sunny state of mind staying here.
One bedroom of this home is set on the ground floor, and features an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower perfect for snowbird guests. One bedroom on the second floor also features an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower, though the bunk room's features a shower/tub combination. The main bedroom at the end of the upstairs hall not only features an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower and double sinks, but also a private furnished balcony. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan and flatscreen TV.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
