Welcome to “Beach Hideaway 30A”

Nestled Between Dune Allen and Blue Mountain Beach, Beach Hideaway 30A is the perfect location for your next vacation! This cute coastal beach cottage is nestled in the quaint nine home community of Beach Nest. It’s a short 5-minute walk to the beach and just steps away from the community pool. There are also many shops and restaurants nearby in the well known area of Gulf Place so there is no shortage of fun things to do! Comfort, style, and convenience are combined to make this a place one you will want to return to time and time again!

FIRST FLOOR

When walking into the main living space you will feel immediately welcomed by the coastal family living space complete with wood floors throughout. This open concept floor plan is very family friendly, and allows everyone to enjoy time together on your week away. Relax and enjoy a large flat screen TV, including a DVD/BlueRay player and a large library of movies, in the living area while relaxing on two, large comfortable couches. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops with additional seating for guests at the bar. The kitchen and dining area are filled with warm natural light. Conveniently located on the first floor of the home, is a master suite complete with a king sized bed, a flat screen TV, and full private bathroom with tile flooring and a large walk-in shower. This king suite is the perfect solution for those who may prefer not to take the stairs. Also, on the first floor of the home, is a full laundry room for use during your stay, as well as a half bathroom with tile floors.

SECOND FLOOR

Highlights for the second floor of the home include wood floors throughout featuring an additional loft area, equipped with flat screen TV and DVD player, and a full sized sleeper sofa if you need additional sleeping accommodations. This second family room creates the perfect spot for the kids in the group to have their own space. There are three other guest rooms on this level as well - a king bedroom with a shared bathroom, a queen bedroom with a shared bathroom, and a kids room that sleeps 4! There are a total of two full sized shared bathrooms on the is level.

BEACH ACCESS

The closest beach access is a 5 minute walk across 30A and is provided by Gulfview Heights Access. Restrooms, covered picnic tables and showers are provided along with car and golf cart parking. They provide lifeguards during peak season. It is also minutes away from the Ed Walline beach access across 30A from Gulf Place.
