This gated neighborhood includes its own gated beach access, covered beach pavilion and seasonal bar, multiple pools, seasonal tram and beach chair service, and more. Enjoy the large patios, wrap around second story porch, and back yard with a lighted gazebo. This home is located in the heart of the Miramar Beach/Destin area and has tons of shopping, golfing, and dining.

This updated home is one of the closest to the beach in the neighborhood, but if you don't want to walk the 3 minutes you can take the free tram available during summer season.
The covered beach pavilion has showers, seating, bathrooms, and a seasonal bar with snacks and drinks. One of the only neighborhoods that offer the beach bar and pavilion service in the area!
The neighborhood private beach also includes a chair attendant so you can rent your chairs and umbrellas for your relaxing stay! (chair rental info below)

-Chair service is run from summer-October by the company La Dolce Vita. Call for pricing and to rent.
-The bar is run during summer season and chairs are for rent during summer-October
-We recommend grocery delivery services that you can set up on your way to the home! Shipt and Instacart are used often. We start you off with travel sized amenities but if you need groceries like more trash bags or love coffee as much as we do, then we recommend a grocery delivery!

House Rules:
-Peloton access is limited to 16 years or older and must be requested when booking or bike may be removed. By using the bike, user takes responsibility for any damages or injuries that occur while using the Peloton.
-Peloton uses Delta compatible clip on cleats. Shoes are not provided.

-Parking is limited to driveway only. Street parking will incur a fine that will be passed onto guest. Driveway can fit 4 cars very close, 3 is more comfortable.
Any excess cars are guests' responsibility to find parking out of the neighborhood for them.

-Small dogs allowed on approval basis only. Not dogs allowed without approval prior to booking. By bringing pet, pet owners agree to take full liability and financial responsibility for any damages done by pet on premises. If outside, pet to be leashed AT ALL times. Owner takes on full responsibility should any pet incident occur with any property or persons.
-No pets allowed on any furniture and guests required to pick up after dog outside after going to the bathroom.

-Trash is picked up from cans on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Trash MUST be bagged and in containers in the backyard. Do not move containers, maintenance picks them up from there.
-Any pool towels, toys, chairs, etc. are not to be left on the front patio. Please have them dry off in the back per HOA.

-Doors to be kept closed if AC is on or it can freeze up.

-When utilizing bunk beds, keep in mind that they are for sleeping and not jumping on. Largest should be on bottom and go from there. Thank you!

-Guests must be over 21 to confirm booking. Bookings by people under 21 years old or without a person of age staying in the unit during the reservation are subject to cancellation with no refund.

-Single $36 fee per family (or entire group) for wristbands for all amenities, beach access, etc. You will see beach attendant to purchase. -Absolutely no smoking anywhere on property. A $500 charge will be enforced if any evidence if smoking is present.
