These are our SIDE BY SIDE CONDOS that sleep 10 comfortably! Each condo is a 1 BD/1 BA full size condo. Each have their own kitchen, living room, dining area, washer/dryer & full size bathrooms. The attention to detail is portrayed throughout both condos & is unique in the building! It is perfect for those groups who want to be together but also have two separate spaces when it comes to getting sleep! This condo complex is in the heart of Nashville's vibrant history, entertainment + local attractions.

CONDO 1
Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed, 1 Twin Cot (sleeps 3)
Common Area: Queen Sleeper Sofa w/ memory foam mattress (sleeps 2)

Bedroom 2: Two Queen Beds (sleeps 4)

MAIN:
Each condo has their own kitchen. There is plenty of space to make your morning cup of coffee or cook a small meal, so enjoy if you desire to do so! The kitchens open up into the living rooms. The kitchens have stainless steel appliances & are stocked with the essentials for cooking. The living rooms have a very cozy feel for you to relax & enjoy while watching one of your favorite shows.

BATH:
Both bathrooms have standing glass showers & vanity sinks.

The condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 2-3 rolls of toilet paper & laundry detergent. There are fresh towels in the bathroom, as well as extra blankets & pillows. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter.

POOL:
Most outdoor pools in Nashville are open May through October, depending on the weather. It is up to our HOA to determine the exact date of when the pool opens & closes throughout the year.

PARKING:
Covered parking provided on the premise with the included parking pass. There are two parking passes for these two condos. The pass MUST be on the dash of your vehicle at all times. Additional street parking is available across the street in front of the condo.
