Very clean and secure property. We had all of the amenities we needed. Excellent communication with the host. Convenient location to walk to downtown area. Loved the view from the balcony.

Kiley, that balcony view seems to have stolen the show, and having downtown within walking distance puts it nicely within reach. A clean, secure base with everything on hand is what I aim for. The balcony is yours again whenever you are back.

The property was just as described! There were 4 of us and we all had our own bed which was great! The highlight of the penthouse was the very large wrap around deck. The views were great and we spent a lot of time out there, from morning coffee to night time cocktails. Thanks for the great time!

The space easily accommodates 8 people with a beautiful balcony. The building feels secure with locked entries that require scanned access.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautiful, plenty of space for the four of us. The deck space was nothing short of amazing! We loved the amenities, but especially loved how walkable it was to gulch area for restaurants and shopping, and Broadway area for nightlife. Thanks for a great stay!

The condo was very nice and had plenty of room for 3 couples. The outside balcony was awesome as well. The directions for the parking garage were a bit confusing in that it indicates the second level is free for guests. We pulled into the first garage entrance expecting to go up to the second level, but there wasn’t a second level. You actually continue a bit further up the street to a different garage entrance for the free parking. Other than that small misunderstanding everything was great!

Great stay

We took our three kids for a couple hockey games and the opry over spring break. Great location, easy walk to Broadway and good restaurants, but quieter than being right on broadway. Clean, easy check in and out. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place to stay and view was fantastic. We felt totally safe and loved the security in the lobby and also the safety features getting into building, elevators and place. Great rental with amazing views. Very well stocked and could even play cornhole on the balcony. Yes the balcony is that big! The building has some good amenities including workout room, grill, ping pong and pool. Jack whites record store is right next door and a brewery is about 100 yards away

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time in this unit! Great location, clean, well stocked. My only reservation was that we had to get a code to our room and it was annoying asking the property manager every 24 hours for a new code because it expired after midnight. She told me somebody was coming out to work on the lock. Hope it is fixed now.

Journey to Nashville

Our stay at the Dreamy Penthouse was amazing! The unit was beautiful with lots of space and very clean. The outdoor balcony area was very spacious and inviting as well! The host and those I talked to (Melissa, Trish & Ann) were extremely communicative, responsive and accommodating of our questions and requests. We came into town for the Journey concert and some site seeing and being that we had never been before, the host also provided some very helpful information and recommendations. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment, great view but in a tough neighborhood. It’s obvious that this area is just being developed outside old Nashville so you can walk to old Nashville, but the area has many homeless and rough looking buildings not yet developed instead of walking. We opted to Uber everywhere.Code system to use to get into the unit and into the building is very cumbersome the reception people would always have to help us and seem to have to help a lot of people that stayed there.

We had a great weekend in Nashville. The proximity to downtown was great. The accommodations were fantastic and our host was awesome.
