This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home has been renovated top to bottom, to be an excellent house for your group to stay while in Columbus. Just 5 minutes drive from Downtown Columbus, this convenient location includes a full fenced yard as well.

The Space:
The Saddle House is ready for your group to check in! Our house is just 5 minutes south and east from Downtown Columbus, and a short drive to the best Columbus has to offer. Enjoy free street parking, as well as parking in the back of our lot.

Our house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. One bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor, along with a large living room for catching up and relaxing with your group. Also on the first floor is the dinning room, and brand new kitchen.

Upstairs you will find 3 large bedrooms and a new full bathroom. All rooms have been professionally designed to be a bright, boho oasis! Each member of your group will love the unique design of their bedroom.

Don't miss the fully fenced back yard for your furry friends!

The Neighborhood:
Our location is on a quiet street on the East side of Columbus, and a 10 - 15 min drive to OSU , Downtown Columbus, and some of the best Columbus has to offer! Parking spot for 1 is available off street and on the street as well.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).

PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)

Worst place to stay EVER!!! Horrible Disgusting

We’re unable to stay because the place was unfit for anybody to stay. They had a rug for a bed in one bedroom you could reach your hand outside beside the window ac units this place was discussing had not been cleaned clumps of hair in bathtub this is just the high litesI could go on an on vrbo has not yet issued us a refund 2 weeks later they keep saying it’s under review Don’t be fooled by pictures on vrbo Horrible place and owners will not respond either I give this a big fat 0 but site don’t allow that. Had to get last min hotel rooms for everyone cost $2,250 extra money we had not budgeted disgusting I wish I could submit pictures with this

Beautiful, well stocked home

This is an older home that has been flipped. It’s well done and all brand new. Very comfortable beds. The fenced in backyard was nice for our dogs we travel with and there’s a stackable washer and dryer in the closet of the primary bedroom. The backyard needs to be a cleaned up a bit, but it looks like they just wrapped up the remodel and we were the first people to stay in the home. The appliances still had their film on them. We generally felt safe in the neighborhood, but there is a house across the street that had people coming and going from it all night and some of the visitors discarded garbage in the yard. Overall the owners of this property did a great job of renovating this home and provided many extras including soaps, laundry detergent, and lint rollers. There are 3 bathrooms which was great since we were traveling with our 19 year old daughter and 17 year old son. Other than a few little things that were likely due to the recent reno and some of the neighborhood being a bit disruptive (which is completely out of their control) the stay was great! Recommend for anyone looking for a property that is functional, comfortable, and beautiful.
