Relaxation has not been overlooked, as this unit boasts a private hot tub and a sauna, awaiting your arrival for the perfect vacation retreat.

The Space:
This dynamic home is designed to melt your cares away with its incredible location, stunning views, private outdoor hot tub, sauna and comfortable living and sleeping spaces. Located less than a mile from the base of Deer Valley Resort, this 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo makes full use of its space providing beds for 10 and a dedicated work area along with its ideal location. With a private hot tub and sauna for your enjoyment and easy access to all that Park City has to offer, this one-of-a-kind home can’t be missed.

From the moment you walk into the striking open-concept living/kitchen/dining area, you’re welcome to make yourself at home among the high, sloped ceilings, stylish furnishings and breathtaking views. A luxurious, L-shaped leather sectional sofa situates you with a front-row seat to a gorgeous fireplace with beautiful stone work detail and built-in shelving. Cuddle up on the couch, warm up by the fire and watch the snow fall on nearby Deer Valley with your loved ones or take in a different kind of entertainment as you can stream your favorite movies or television shows on the large flat-screen TV.

When it’s time to grab a snack or make a favorite meal, you will be delighted by the nearby kitchen, with its spacious island with bar seating for four, stainless steel appliances and stylish finishes. You can take advantage of this well-appointed space and whip up your latest culinary creation without missing a thing thanks to the close proximity you enjoy to both the living and dining areas. When you’re ready to dig into your meal or set up a game for your group, there is a charming dining area with seating for six surrounded by windows and with easy access to the kitchen.

In the warm weather months, you can take the fun outdoors to the patio located just off of the living/kitchen/dining areas where you will find epic mountain views, a propane BBQ grill and an outdoor dining set with seating for seven.

Just down the hall, you will find a full-size bathroom with a single vanity, towel storage and a walk-in shower boasting lovely tile work and a glass door. The first bedroom invites you to drift off to dream of your next adventures with its cozy queen-size bed and its stylish decor. Next, you will find the master bedroom with a roomy king-size bed, flat-screen TV, en suite bathroom and access to a second patio space with a private hot tub. You can soak up the natural beauty that abounds from the luxury and warmth of the hot tub, then take just a few steps into this inviting space where you can rinse off in the en suite bathroom or settle into the plush king-size bed. The en suite bathroom keeps the relaxation coming as it features a dual-sink vanity and a jetted tub that is part of a shower/tub combo.

Upstairs, you will find an incredible open-concept loft/living/sleeping area that also features a sauna, full-size bathroom and a dedicated work area, complete with a desk and printer. The incredibly efficient design makes it look like there are two distinct spaces - an office area with a convenient sofa and a loft bedroom with a living room setup, featuring a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, couch and a coffee table. But you can actually sleep six total in this space due to the queen-size bed, the nearby sleeper sofa that doubles as a full-size, pull out bed and a daybed that can transform into a twin-size bed with another twin-size trundle underneath in the office space.

A full-size bathroom is located near both spaces and features a single vanity and shower/tub combo for the convenience and use of those staying upstairs in this fabulous space. Top it all off with a sauna and this loft makes for an amazing retreat to kick back, relax, catch up on work or drift off into restful sleep - you can choose your own adventure up here.

This home also has a convenient laundry closet in the hallway off of the living area, featuring a stacked washer and dryer for your use.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and the outdoor deck spaces, as well as a single parking space in the parking garage. A second parking space is available in the parking lot, but that is first come, first served.

The Neighborhood:
This home's incredible location places you within half of a mile from the base of Deer Valley Resort, with its world-class skiing, dining and entertainment offerings. You can go from your door to the Carpenter Express Chairlift or the fabulous Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater in just minutes. If you want to explore Park City's historic and resort areas, you are less than 10 minutes' drive away, making this home an incredible gateway to all of the unique experiences that this area has to offer.

Getting Around:
This home places you within an easy, half-mile walking distance to Deer Valley Resort, but if city is what you seek, you are a quick, 6-minute drive to Park City's historic Main Street. Another terrific option for getting around is the convenient, FREE Park City Transit Bus system, which has multiple routes that pass through the nearby Solamere bus stop. The FREE Main Street Trolley is hailed as a Park City icon and makes for a charming way to explore the myriad boutiques, galleries, shops, breweries and eateries that line Main Street. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Please note that during the winter, all vehicles parked in the outdoor parking lot must be moved every 24 hours so parking lots can be plowed.

Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!

Loud furnace kept us up at night
My husband and I could not sleep at night due to the very loud noise from the furnace. Not only the furnace is located right next to master bedroom, there was something rattling in the furnace that kept waking us up in the middle of every night although both of us sleep with ear plugs. We go skiing every year and have been renting similar price range accommodations all over the US ski resorts. Colorado, Montana and finally we made it to famous Utah. We have never experienced a furnace noise this bad. The snow quality in Utah was amazing, just very unfortunate that we were not able to rest at nigh to gather energy for next day. The host was not helpful. After a few days exchanging messages they finally sent someone over to only confirm that the noise was absolutely normal. There were other issues with the property that were pretty minor compared to the noise level, e.g. a ball of hair on the bathroom floor upon arrival, closet doors not working properly with screws coming off, and old carpets overdue for replacement. Otherwise the property is comfortable enough, especially the fireplace, the hot tub and the sauna are nice to come back to after a day on the slopes.

Beautiful place
Thus unit was amazing! Our family loved staying here for a week of skiing and family time. The loft felt like an apartment and the two downstairs rooms were plenty big.

Clean and comfortable ski condo
Excellently maintained and managed home, with a cozy Western ski chalet vibe. Luxury amenities (sauna, hot tub, gas fireplace) all worked perfectly. Kitchen was impeccably clean and well organized, and made cooking a pleasure. Check-in/check-out communications were professional and comprehensive, but never intrusive. One minor note to be aware of: The Smart TV has plenty of streaming apps to choose from, but there are no live broadcast network channels available (only noticed because we were there during the Oscars!) Otherwise a wonderful rental experience all around.
