From the moment you walk into the striking open-concept living/kitchen/dining area, you’re welcome to make yourself at home among the high, sloped ceilings, stylish furnishings and breathtaking views. A luxurious, L-shaped leather sectional sofa situates you with a front-row seat to a gorgeous fireplace with beautiful stone work detail and built-in shelving. Cuddle up on the couch, warm up by the fire and watch the snow fall on nearby Deer Valley with your loved ones or take in a different kind of entertainment as you can stream your favorite movies or television shows on the large flat-screen TV.
When it’s time to grab a snack or make a favorite meal, you will be delighted by the nearby kitchen, with its spacious island with bar seating for four, stainless steel appliances and stylish finishes. You can take advantage of this well-appointed space and whip up your latest culinary creation without missing a thing thanks to the close proximity you enjoy to both the living and dining areas. Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and the outdoor deck spaces, as well as a single parking space in the parking garage. A second parking space is available in the parking lot, but that is first come, first served.

This home's incredible location places you within half of a mile from the base of Deer Valley Resort, with its world-class skiing, dining and entertainment offerings. You can go from your door to the Carpenter Express Chairlift or the fabulous Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater in just minutes. If you want to explore Park City's historic and resort areas, you are less than 10 minutes' drive away, making this home an incredible gateway to all of the unique experiences that this area has to offer.
Getting Around:
This home places you within an easy, half-mile walking distance to Deer Valley Resort, but if city is what you seek, you are a quick, 6-minute drive to Park City's historic Main Street. Another terrific option for getting around is the convenient, FREE Park City Transit Bus system, which has multiple routes that pass through the nearby Solamere bus stop. The FREE Main Street Trolley is hailed as a Park City icon and makes for a charming way to explore the myriad boutiques, galleries, shops, breweries and eateries that line Main Street. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

This home is equipped with air-conditioning unit.
Please note that during the winter, all vehicles parked in the outdoor parking lot must be moved every 24 hours so parking lots can be plowed.
Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!
