Vous ne pouvez pas trouver un meilleur emplacement, sortez par la copropriété, et 100 pieds dans le Lower Deer Valley Lodge! Ce condo 2BR 2BA et a tout ce que vous avez besoin de dormir votre famille ou entre amis après une journée sur les pistes. La terrasse arrière dispose d'un bain à remous privé, et la cheminée en bois véritable brûlant vous tiendra confortables chaque soir!

Situé à Lower Deer Valley signifie que vous êtes à seulement 1 mile du centre-ville de Park City, et vous pouvez conduire ou prendre le bus de ville libre qui arrête devant le condo construire toutes les 20-30 minutes.

Nous avons obtenu, un parking souterrain pour votre véhicule, et un casier à skis juste en bas de la salle de la copropriété pour tout votre équipement de ski. Aussi l'Deer Valley Resort propose overnght local à skis ainsi.

Ce condo confortable et entièrement meublé est un idéal de vacances. La chambre principale a un lit king et sa propre salle de bains privative. Chambre 2 a un lit Queen et un lit superposé supplémentaire avec matelas en taille réelle.

La cuisine a tous les équipements nécessaires et donne sur le plan de la cuisine d'étage ouvert, à manger, à la salle familiale. Le surdimensionné Chambre familiale a une cheminée à bois, TV écran plat, et la grande terrasse attenante, avec vue sur l'ensemble de Deer Valley Resort.

Le pation arrière a une 6ft x ft New jacuzzi pour se détendre loin le soir après une bonne journée de ski.

Fantastic stay, best location for family ski trip

An amazing property for a family ski trip...newly renovated condo with tons of space located just steps from skis school. Very short bus ride into Park City Main Street. Owner was very very responsive when small issues came up. Kids also loved the hot tub.

Great Deer Valley Ski Rental

Location is superb. It’s as close as you can get to the lower main lodge. The place itself is clean and modern with great amenities. Perfect for families with younger kids. Would have no hesitation renting again.

Great ski weekend in Deer Valley

The condo is a great location just a short walk to the snow park lodge, there is a free ski valet to leave your skis overnight so you don’t even have to carry your skis very far! The condo was great, beds were comfy and the hot tub was clean and perfect after a day of skiing. We had a great family weekend, Thanks!

Great place for a quick 4 day trip with family of 5. The location is excellent - < 5 min walk to snow park lodge in snow boots. All the amenities to make your stay comfortable (stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, hot tub, fireplace).

Our new favorite place to stay in Deer Valley

We have been coming to Deer Valley for Spring Break and Christmas/New Year for 6-years now and this was our favorite place we have stayed. Location is great, the condo perfect and the views are amazing. The owner was very helpful. Looking forward to our next stay there.

Best ski vacation ever!

The apartment was absolutely awesome! Just steps from the lifts at Deer Valley and very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. And the property manager was great and very responsive. We hope to be back!

Perfect location - great host

This stay was everything we expected. Clean modern property view the slopes from the Jacuzzi and the easiest walk over to the resort. We have a two year-old and used our stroller. It was nice to not have to get in/ out of the car to get there. When we had questions, the host responded promptly, we will definitely come back!

Updated condo in the best location for Deer Valley skiing. Steps away from the base, St Regis funicular and ski school. Condo has everything you need for a family of 4. Modern appliances everywhere.

Great Property

Fantastic stay. Easy to communicate with the host and the property was as nice as was pictured. The location can't get any better and is a 2-minute walk to the main lodge. Leave your skis overnight at Deer Valley for more convenience. Not having to pack up the kids in the car and then find parking made it extremely convenient. The hot tub was nice to relax in after a full day of skiing and being able to watch the late skiers come down on their last runs from the hot tub was enjoyable. Overall, a great experience.

Long weekend family ski trip

Great communication and easy to get in touch with. Fantastic location right across the street from Deer Valley Snowpark Lodge and on to the slopes. There’s a free overnight ski storage for Deer Valley at the base there, which is also convenient. Hot tub was enjoyed by kids and adults after a full day on the slopes. Hopefully will be back! Property was really nicely decorated and well appointed.

Beautiful condo, great host!

Wonderful 3 weeks in Park City with my wife and 9 & 6 yr old boys. Steve's (the owner/host) condo was beautiful, clean, and a completely first class experience! The condo (and the views) are even better in person than in the pictures. Very few Deer Valley condo owners ever take the time/energy/expense of updating and renovating their units - most units are a hodgepodge of whatever leftover fruniture the owner has, old towels and sheets, dingy flooring/carpeting, maybe with the idea that a rental unit isn't worth investing time and money in? But not this unit! This unit is one of the very few exceptions! Steve clearly put a lot of time and thought and money into renovating the unit - it's very modern, warm and comfortable. All appliances are brand new and excellent, towels and bedding looked brand new, everything was clean and perfect! Steve was very welcoming and readily available to answer questions. He took the time to reach out and message me just hours after I booked the unit, gave me his cell number, and even took the time to forward a list of Deer Valley summer activities shortly before we arrived. Loved staying, didn't want to leave, would stay again in a second! Thanks Steve!

Ideal location!

This condo was in an ideal location - right next door to the St. Regis Funicular and 150 yards at most to the Snow Park Lodge. We chose this condo as we had children in ski school and needed the convenience. For those who haven't skied Deer Valley, Snow Park lodge offers free overnight storage of boots, skis and poles. With children this is huge! There are lockers to stow your snow boots in while you ski for a couple of dollars. The condo is very roomy. Each condo has its own hot tub which appeared to be well maintained. This building, building A, is the closest to the Snow Park Lodge. If you go down the stairs instead of the elevator it is even shorter! We did have a hitch when we got there - the condo hadn't been cleaned. We rented it for 5 nights and someone else apparently rented it for the rest of the week so there was a mix up with the cleaning service. She came as soon as she could (drove from Salt Lake) and we left the condo for a couple of hours and roamed around. We were assured an adjustment to our bill for this inconvenience. The only other comment I have is that the kitchen is missing a few key items. We cooked in a couple of nights (tacos and spaghetti) and there was no colander to drain the ground beef or noodles. There is a large non stick skillet but it needs to be replaced - scratched and rusted on bottom. A smaller skillet would be welcomed also for eggs in the morning. Finally, they need to add a couple of large spoons (slotted and regular) for cooking. We found ourself scrambling eggs with a teaspoon. Despite these minor inconveniences, we would recommend this condo and plan to return next year.

Wonderful Stay

Great communication from the owner, Steve. Place was spotless. Beds were comfortable. Great location with just a short walk to DV base. Hot tub was clutch at the end of each day. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!!!

I also have 2 other VRBO properties in Solana Beach, CA near San Diego. Although I now live in Scottsdale, AZ, I am just a call/text/email away, love to help our guests, and run a large construction company based in Utah to handle any spur of the moment needs.
