This home is a great getaway for friends and family or a great spot to host a small event. The decks and yard make a great place to get together.

The space inside also doesn't disappoint. The kitchen and living room are open and spacious to make entertaining easy so you get to concentrate to spending time with friends and family.

Pensacola Beach is a great destination since it is protected by 2 parks to preserve the natural feel of the beach.
The first thing you'll notice is that this house has over 900 square feet of open and covered decks, each with incredible views of the Sound! On the deck, there will be an outside dining seating for 11 people! It's a great entertainment space to be paired with a large yard.

The house turns into your getaway home with a fully stocked kitchen that would please any chef! If the granite counter tops, custom cabinets, and large island don't hold your attention surely the stainless steel appliances, gas cook top and wall oven will! A breakfast bar provides extra seating for dinner. There is also a standard coffee maker along with a K-cup compatible coffee maker included! The kitchen flows easily into the living room that has built in bookcases and is a wonderful gathering spot.

All bedrooms have a 55" flat screen TV perfect for watching your favorite movies and TV shows!

Main Floor: 1 Queen, and 1 King

Guestroom upstairs: Twin XL over Queen + Twin Trundle (=4), and the Master bedroom has a Twin sized sleeper sofa which will bring the total capacity to 11 in the house!

The main floor contains two bright and beach-y guest rooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom, laundry room and a half bath.

The expansive master suite with the King bed and twin loveseat sleeper sofa rests on the top floor and has 700 square feet of luxury and fabulous views. The master bedroom boasts a private open deck with wonderful Gulf and Sound breezes. The deck has a relaxing seating area for 4+. The master bathroom has two vanities, a garden tub and separate shower.

An extra guest bedroom can be found on the third floor as well. This bedroom has a twin over full sized trundle bunk bed bringing the total sleeping capacity to 11!

The bottom level of the home is a three car garage with a garage opener provided in the first drawer on the far left under the drinking glasses in the kitchen.

Needs some TLC

This is a beautiful home, but it is in desperate need of some TLC. There are several tarps on the roof, and I did not notice other roofs in the area with tarps or damage. There are several areas around the A/C vents that have mildew. The walls need some touch up painting. The ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom with a queen bed was off balance or something, it made a terrible noise. There were only 3 beach towels, luckily we brought our own. The yard was a mess! This was not a yard that our grandchildren could play in. They rental company said there was a garage door opener, but there was not. The beds were all made and there were extra sheets and blankets. The house smelled musty when we first arrived. The house is beautiful but definitely needs some upkeep. The location was wonderful, the bay was across the street and the ocean was just a short walk away.

Family Stay for Wedding........ Sadly Not What Expected

The home is beautiful, and laid out just how we wanted it! The location was convenient, and check in was easy. That's where the good ends though. Half of the lights didn't work. One of the ceiling fans was falling apart. The trendle bed was broken. Property was not thoroughly cleaned, we found stained bedding, and food splashing all around the bar. Dryer was broken (they did bring a new dryer after 4 days) Lastly the house was infested with two species of roaches. (They did hire an exterminator, but too little too late, we had to deal with them for our entire stay, because there were no other properties available) Overall, they did try to make it right, they even offered to refund one day, for our inconvenience, but it made our stay feel very uncomfortable.

Just Ok

We loved the house and location, but the dryer was broke, 2 rooms had lights and fans that were broke and half of the lightbulbs in the house were out or missing. It said there was beach towels but there was none when I called they said they don’t provide. There also wasn’t even enough bath towels and we couldn’t wash them since the dryer didn’t work. I also called the next day after I arrived to get these things fixed and she said she will tell maintenance and I never heard from anyone else. We were there for 5 days.
