The Space:

Our 3-story, 5-bedroom retreat accommodates up to 14 guests and provides a perfect setting for family gatherings or friends seeking an unforgettable escape in Asheville, North Carolina.

As you step inside, you'll be captivated by the stylish living room featuring a comfortable sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV for your enjoyment. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with top-of-the-line appliances, Keurig coffee maker, and ample cooking essentials, is perfect for whipping up delicious meals that can be enjoyed either at one of the two dining areas or the convenient bar seating. Our sunroom, basking in natural sunlight, offers a cozy nook to enjoy your favorite book or your morning coffee, while taking in the serene surroundings.

Outside, find your ultimate relaxation spot in the inviting hot tub or enjoy s'mores and laughter around the fire pit on chilly evenings. Our spacious backyard and outdoor dining area provide the perfect setting for BBQs and alfresco dining in the summertime.

Bedroom details are as follows:
- Upstairs: Master bedroom with king bed, TV, en suite bathroom; 2nd and 3rd bedrooms with queen beds; full bathroom; laundry room
- Main floor: 4th bedroom with queen bed; living room with sleeper sofa and TV
- Basement: 5th bedroom with queen bed; full bathroom; sitting room with sleeper sofa and TV

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the 2-car garage and additional driveway parking. Entry to the property is made simple through the use of a keypad smart lock, with all necessary codes provided to you ahead of your arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Nice quiet neighborhood. Please respect the quiet hours between 10pm-8am especially while outside or if the windows/doors are open. This is strictly enforced.

Getting Around:
Vehicle is needed. Uber and Lyft are available. I can also share the info of a local lady who drives around town and leaves her business cards at some of our rentals.

Your Asheville adventure awaits you, with exciting events and attractions coming up for the next big holidays - Independence Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving Day. Public transportation, Uber and Lyft services are available for your convenience. Please be aware of our house rules and respect the quiet hours between 10pm-8am, both indoors and outdoors. Pets are allowed with a fee of $20 per pet, per night, and must stay off of beds and furniture. No smoking is permitted inside the property.
