A flagstone path leads you to the entryway where special details like stained glass accents above the front door begin to indicate what lies in store. Once you step inside, will be immediately drawn to the massive wall of windows that reveal panoramic lake views and bring the outdoors in. Natural light floods the great room where clean lines, cathedral ceilings and hardwood floors combine to create an airy atmosphere. There is lots of room to gather, whether you want to curl up by the glow of the gas fireplace or move over to the game area to shoot pool while watching the big game on the 60-inch TV. Or your crew can head to the separate media room on the second level to lounge on the sectional sofa to watch a movie on the 65-inch TV with your favorite beverages at your fingertips in the beverage refrigerator under the wet bar, plus a microwave for easy popcorn making. A wide balcony off the media room allows you to enjoy Mother Nature as well.

The open concept is ideal for family get-togethers. Lots of counter space, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops make the kitchen a cook’s dream. There is plenty of seating around the dining room table, but doors opening to the covered portion of your deck expand the space when you want to fire up the barbeque and eat outside.

A few steps up from the main area is a wing with a primary bedroom suite with a king bed and private balcony. The en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower, dual sinks and private toilet room.

The middle level of the home features three suites where you will enjoy peaceful slumber. The first has king bed and private balcony. The second bedroom is perfect for the kids with a twin over double bunk bed and double pull-out sleep sofa and the third bedroom has a queen bed. All bedrooms have spacious en suite bathrooms. A washer/dryer is conveniently located on the second level as well.

There is no shortage of space for your entire crew to spread out in this home. Climb a few more steps to reach a loft area that has another sectional sofa and TV. The loft includes a full bathroom, two double beds and a double pull-out bed in the sectional. From here, you can take the catwalk to the upper-level balcony. It seems to almost float above the ground below and is the best vantage point for watching the sunrise as it reflects off the surface of the lake.

Surrounded by huge mossy boulders and towering trees, the unique location brings you closer to nature. Kick-back on the deck, relax in the hot tub, or unwind by the fire pit – no matter what spot you choose, lake and mountain views will follow you.

The advantages of staying in a Deep Creek Highland’s home include community amenities that will meet a variety of interests. Hiking trails, tennis courts, and a playground, will encourage everyone to go outside and play. Plus, quiet community roads are perfect for long walks and bike rides with the kids. A short drive, or a 5-minute walk down the staircase trail for the more adventurous, will take you to the community lake access where on-the-water fun awaits including a dedicated dock slip.

Within less than a five-minute drive, you will find favorite area attractions like white water rafting at the Adventure Sports Center International and four seasons of fun at Wisp Resort. Boulder View’s location at the top of mountain, lets you avoid the ski crowd at Wisp base area by parking at mountain top at white water lodge and jumping onto the slopes. Travel just a few minutes further to reach the heart of Deep Creek Lake where most restaurants and shops are located.

Boulder View offers a membership to the Community Aquatic Recreation Complex (CARC). Members of your group can enjoy the indoor pool and fitness facilities throughout your stay.
