Whether you choose to spend your days touring local museums, visiting the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee Campus, or lounging on Lido Key and other nearby beaches, you'll delight in coming home to central air conditioning and ample space to relax both inside and out.

As you enter this single-level home, you'll be greeted by a living room with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a dining room with seating for six, and a fully appointed kitchen just around the corner. This space connects to a rear sun room that's lined with windows - a wonderful spot to sit down with a book or keep an eye on the kids playing out back. The fenced backyard is spacious and sunny, offering a patio with lounge chairs, a gas grill, and space to dine al fresco at both a picnic table and a bistro set.

Additional amenities include a full-size washer/dryer in the garage, chairs and a cooler to bring to the beach, free WiFi, and a second flatscreen TV in the primary bedroom suite.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
