Great Stay

Everything was clean and tidy. The house was very roomy. It had lots of things provided that I wasn't expecting. Ex. Hair dryers, plenty of towels, hand towels, dish soap, sponge, utensils and more. We enjoyed our stay. My son loved the pool and the ducks that visited it daily. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay in Bradenton, FL

April weather was perfect very low humidity and in the mid 80s. Beach close the drive down Cortez Rd to the beach is about 10 -15 minutes. Publix grocery store is less than 5 minutes away by car. The rental was very neat and clean no issues whatever, manager is very nice and pleasant, called back immediately to answer any questions.

We loved the property. It had everything we needed from a coffee pot to washer and dryer…even a pool to boot! We had a great stay. House was close to everything we wanted to do!

Spacious home, nice pool

This home was perfect for our girls weekend. The pool was clean and warm, we spent a lot of time outside using the pool- the only thing we would have liked is if the property had lounge pool chairs to lay out. The home inside was spacious, rooms were clean- we also loved all of the board games that were available as well as the foosball table. We would stay here again.

Great location and Great Space

We came for a short weekend to visit family. The home was great and spacious. The only issue is that lightbulbs need replaced and the chair in the living room in torn. We could walk to Walmart. Close to the beach. Close to great restaurants. No issue with check-in or out.

Weekend get away for soccer showcase

We wanted a reasonable priced place near the Premium Sports Complex in Lakewood and found this gem. The location is in an older part of town but the neighborhood was quite and conveniently located near super markets and other businesses. The beds were very comfortable. Th e only issues we ran into were finding the working light switches for the home and some broken closet doors in the spare bedrooms (that really were not needed). Overall it was a great place for three mothers to settle for the weekend trip!!

The property was exactly as it appears online. It was clean with comfortable beds. I would suggest upgrading the towels. Some towels were stained. Other than that it is a lovely place and we had a pleasant stay.

Positive items - Kitchen and Bathroom finishes newer. Location to beaches and stores. Large rooms. Large driveway. Negative items - No pans & spatulas (had to purchase). No toaster. Fridge leaks water all over the floor. Pool never vacuumed. No lounge chairs. No outside table (had to purchase). No landscaping, rather dirt in back yard. Two abandoned sheds. Pool skimmer shredded. Would have skimmed pool but couldn’t. Two broken ceiling fans/lights. Stains in MB carpet. Crack in guest tub. Laundry in separate outdoor entered room. Washing machine leaks on floor. Exterior dilapidated and not painted. Closest filled with misc garbage and waste. Kitchen faucet broken. Fridge digital panel operation doesn’t work.

It served its purpose

This house was ok, place to stay, eat, and close to what we needed. Improvements could be made to electrical issues, loose toilet seat and patio landscaping. We are not picky people but do expect a clean and pleasant place to sleep. This met that criteria however small issues need to be addressed and this would have been a full 5 stars.

Home was clean and location was good.

The house was well located to the beaches and about 35 minutes to Bradenton Speedway. This is why we chose this house. Everything was clean and comfortable. There were a few things that I reported to the property manager because I didn’t want to get charged or blamed for something we didn’t do. Property needs a little attention but nothing bad, just routine maintenance and outside spruced up.

Awesome heated pool, mediocre everything else

Kitchen is very under stocked. We had planned to fix a few meal there but didn’t have any way to cook. There are only 5 forks. There are also a lot of switches for the lights in very odd places. All seating in the house is uncomfortable. The couch is very stiff and the “leather” feels very cheap. If you are debating playing for the heat in the pool it is definitely worth it. It was warmer than I expected. The area around the pool is very dark in the evening and we weren’t able to use the pool after sunset. Seating outside is also limited. The beds were comfortable and pillows were fine.Overall the house was very clean.

Listing for Inside of home was accurate. Outside landscaping does need work. TVs did not work and main toilet handle broke off in one flush. Texted property owner in the morning and a very nice man was there in two hours to repair toilet and reset tvs. All in all it was a good stay.

Nice pool but nothing else

The house is very old and with very limited furnishings. The kitchen is barely equipped with just one oven mitt, no oven cookware, two wine glasses, two cups, and no seasonings except salt and pepper. The grill is heavily corroded with only one side working and could not get hot enough to safely cook. The rest of the house had no shampoo, no proper fooseballs, missing closet doors, holes in walls, and ripped furniture. I would have been disappointed even if I only paid half of what I did. The pool was nice which was the only saving grace.

Not clean

There is a huge problem with termites. All drawers in the kitchen were full of wings and body core. Everything that we needed to use had to be washed. Try to use a knife from the knife block,That was eaten in the inside.There was no toiletries such as shampoo conditioner lack of toilet paper. A swimming pool but with no real furniture to sit out.No table to eat out grill was rusted in filthy. Holes in the walls in the living room and Rips in the furniture.

No hot water !

We only stayed one night because there was no hot water ! Sure we communicated, lots of phone tagging the first night back and forth to be texted at 11pm that the service technician would be there the next afternoon! We were there for a wedding and couldn’t get a decent shower! Idk you just assume the place has working facilities! Plus there were no toiletries in the bathrooms, and the pool was dirty. We didn’t use the pool , but it was a sore sight! And apparently I’m paying for the 2nd day even tho I left early the first morning bc I had to find a hot shower.

Older house nice older neighborhood

I had to clean the pool as was full of leaves and barley enough water to be able operate the filter. The back yard is in poor conditions not well kept there was a broken closet door in the master bathroom and one in a guest bedroom there were hole in the wall in master bathroom where something had been remover and not repaired. The ac had a funky smell and I discovered the ac filter at the achu had long shaft crap growing on it. It hadn’t been changed in years. The child fence at the pool was not installed properly when I arrived. I discovered the house has a plumbing leak under the slab at the kitchen sink. It is the hot water line. I could hear water running and found it this morning. The he floor at the kitchen sink is hot. When you Fori the hot water heater you can hear the water running. We paid way more than the house was worth. I called and emailed the house contact with no response
