* Parking is abundant at the home as there is room for 8+ cars and there is also parking at the Community Center and by the Playground if you are visiting that area
* Guest Passes MUST be worn at all times when using community amenities.
* Even though our property can comfortably host 12 people, the community only issues 8 guest passes - children 5 and under do not need a guest pass.
* Outdoor firepit is NOT FOR GUEST USE, per the HOA
