Excellent Stay for Multiple Families

We had three families with young and school age children stay together for a long weekend. We all loved the game room, and more than enough room for families to have their own space. We were really close to the attractions and the neighborhood is very quiet and quaint.

Family reunion

The home is very large and appropriate for large groups. Amazing game room downstairs. We were very disappointed about the grime and dust found on ledges of countertops, ceiling fans , air conditioning unit, carpet. There was a lack of paper towels. No basic kitchen seasoning no salt or pepper sugar. Brown water was coming from sink faucet in kitchen.

Great weekend with family

Weekend adventure

Had a great experience at the house. Check in was easy. The hosts were very communicative. Check out was quick and well described. The house was very clean and organized. There was space in the backyard for games, and the basement was great. Location was perfect for activities. Definitely would rent again.

Family fun weekend

We had a great weekend with our family of 12. The house was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. The only downside was getting only eight wristbands but we made it work. Great property. Highly recommend it.

Great for groups!

My friends and I really enjoyed staying in this house! We had a group of a few friends, including a few young kids, and it was a great spot for everyone. There was plenty of space in the house and the pool and lake access was so fun! I'd definitely recommend this place!

Amazing!

The pictures do not do it justice. The house is amazing. The owners were very attentive to all of my questions and needs from the beginning. So many little details they thought of. The property was so great for our friends and family gathering. The kids had a blast with the activities in the house. We will definitely be staying here again!

Hidden charge , unreasonable house rules

The host has set up many traps for hidden charges, unreasonable house rules , bad check in and out timings. Broken and wiggling beds, with collapsed mattresses.

Weekend getaway

Property was fully stocked with all the things needed. Plenty of space and fun things for the kids to do. Community has several things to do. Owner was quick to respond to any questions.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was fully stocked, and the kids enjoyed the game room space. Location was very convenient to restaurants, winter sports, shops. Would definitely rent again!

Great property!

We had 14 of us ranging in age from 2 to 71. The property held all of us comfortably. We had plenty of space and did not feel on top of one another. Everyone had a great time with the game room and it kept us entertained! The yard was perfect for yard games and the blackstone grill was used at every meal! The check in/check out process was easy and the property was super clean. The property had everything we could need for our stay. We would most likely rent this property again!

Happy 19th Anniversary

My experience with the owner Adrian was amazing. He was very attentive to any questions or needs that I may have needed. He made the check-in and check-out process simple. The house was beautiful and very, very clean. The lower level of the house which we considered the game room was amazing. We played pool and air hockey a lot after we had a wonderful dinner made on the griddle grill. We would definitely recommend this house to family and friends. Of course, we plan on renting again. Thanks Adrian, your were great.

The updated kitchen has a breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, stove with oven, and comes fully equipped with cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, serving bowls and silverware. Trash bags, paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher pods are all provided.

ENTERTAIN ON THE DECK, PATIO, OR LARGE BACKYARD:

Continue the entertaining on the stained deck in the back or patio in the back with a Gas Grill - it has everything you need to enjoy your time in the mountains.

GAMES AND ADVENTURE:

Take the fun to the lower floor that has an air hockey, pool table, ping pong table and another flat screen TV to watch the game or hook up your gaming system.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES :

You will have access to the whole home and all the amenities (seasonal) in the community. Towamensing Trails has a swimming pool, hot tub, a beach, and a lake stocked for fishing. A number of sport activities like tennis, are available as well. The use of the community amenities needs "Guest Wristbands" for anyone over the age of 4. LIMIT 8 WRISTBANDS per group. SORRY, NO EXTRA WRISTBANDS AVAILABLE.

Other things to note
NO SMOKING / NOISE - Towamensing Trails is patrolled by 24/7 security and is known to issue fines for noise after 11 PM. As this is a NON Smoking home, fines will also be issued for smoking inside at ANY time. As a reminder , for our guests safety and enforcing house rules, the exterior of the home is monitored by surveillance cameras 24/7.
