As a long-time Super Host in the Pocono Mountains, I wanted to create something that was extra special for my guests. Although I have other large homes in the area, I built this one completely from scratch- just for you!

No detail was overlooked and no expense was spared so that we could create the Pocono House of your dreams! Privately nestled among the trails that make up our community, TTT is set in a completely natural setting, surrounded my massive and mature trees. My favorite spot of the house is centrally located on the middle level, and is the Great Room. The Great Room offers an open-concept gathering space to maximize the amount of people that can congregate in one area. This flex-space includes the designer kitchen with L-shaped island with bar seating, custom 16-person square dining table, fireplace, and living room area; which includes 3 couches and a high top table for 2. This area also features a huge 65" Smart TV, the entrance to the outdoor deck, and large custom windows (flooding the area with natural light). You can gather the entire family in this area for holiday meals, get-togethers, or Sunday football.

Each of the three levels of living space include two bedrooms and one full bathroom. There is a full bathroom located on every single floor of this home.

The first level of TTT offers the Game Room; complete with pool table, custom bar, sectional sofa, and a huge 65" Smart TV. This level also features the hot tub.

Guests will enjoy the entire home and all of its amenities. The property has a very large wrap-around driveway and can accommodate up to 8 vehicles.

Please note that Towamensing Trails requires parking passes for all vehicles included during your stay. We provide up to 6 passes at no cost. Additional passes can be purchased at $25/pass.

The gourmet kitchen includes pots/pans, silverware, glasses, dishes, coffee cups, cooking utensils, blender, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, etc. See guidebook for full list.

Wristbands are required to access all amenities; including the lake, pool, beach, sports courts, and clubhouse. Your reservation includes up to 8 wristbands for free. After that, you are able to purchase up to an additional 8 wristbands directly from Towamensing Trails at $10/person/day. These amenities are available only in the summer.

Absolutely no smoking is permitted inside the home, however you can smoke anywhere outside and dispose of cigarette butts in the designated outdoor receptacles.

We include one set of bed sheets, pillow cases, and comforters for all beds. Additionally, the home comes stocked with bath towels and wash cloths. There is a washer and dryer on the premises for you to launder these towels/linens if you wish.

All of the Smart TVs in the home are ready for your own personal streaming accounts such as Hulu, NetFlix, etc. We do not provide streaming accounts or cable.

We utilize a "Smart Check-In" process that gives you the ability to check yourself in upon arrival with our electronic key system. We do not perform "in-person" check-ins. We try to make everything, from start to finish, as hassle-free as possible for you!

Your furry friends may be permitted for an additional fee. Please contact host for more details. Only hypo-allergenic dogs are permitted inside our home. This means that we only permit dogs that do not shed. Please inquire for more details and exact pricing.

Due to the size of this home, we require a minimum of 6 guests to book. Certain dates and holidays have a minimum night stay. Please note that certain dates and holidays have minimums. Contact host for additional details.

The outdoor grill is available for use from April 15 - November 1st. The grill will not be available for use outside this time frame to protect from the winter weather.

Must be at least 24 years of age to book a reservation.

Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the hot tub.

The base nightly rate includes up to 6 guests. After that, the price increases by $50 per person per night. VRBO calculates this on its own as long as you enter in your guest count correctly. The way that they calculate this comes up on your end as "HOST FEE". If you end up with more than the amount of guests that you booked for, you will be charged $50 per person per night, for the nights that you booked.
