You'll love dining al-fresco under the poolside gazebo after preparing a delicious lunch in the expansive full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and a center prep island. The decorative fireplace will bring an elegant ambiance to your dinner parties, and the dining table seats six (plus there is a highchair available), with two breakfast bar stools available at the prep island.
Stretch out on the living room furniture to enjoy a good novel or a movie on the TV or take the family dogs out for a nice walk around the quiet neighborhood. Remote workers and students will appreciate the free WiFi, and the home is equipped with a work desk and chair to help you finish those last-minute projects. Reward your hard work with a swim in the private pool with provided pool toys then use the gas grill to enjoy a hot-weather barbecue while the kids romp around the enclosed yard. (Don't worry - the pool is fenced off, so they can play safely!)
The private washer and dryer will ensure everyone's clothes look their best, and guests can use the central air-conditioning and ceiling fans to keep everything nice and cool. There is also a Pack N' Play available, if needed.

The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than 6 adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements.
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
