-Pet fees can be paid upon arrival. Short term pet fee is $25 a day per pet.
A short term stay is considered 14 days or less.
-For Long Term stays which is 15 days or more the pet fee will be discounted to $15 a day per pet.
Please note There is a book on the table with a list of cool things to do, bars, restaurants etc.
Laundry room is located beside the carport. It’s $2 to wash and $1.75 to dry.
Thermostat Instructions
Nest Thermostats don't have a touch screen. Use the touch bar on the right side to control your thermostat. Swipe up to raise the temperature, swipe down to lower it, and tap to confirm. The display will show you how many minutes until your desired temperature is reached.

Guest Verification

Booking guest must complete the guest verification actions 24 hours before check-in time or else reservation will be canceled with no refund.
