Cette maison d'hôtes non-fumeurs de 1 600 pieds carrés est nichée derrière la résidence principale de 1924 dans le quartier historique de Los Olivos, dans le centre de Phoenix. La maison d'hôtes est cachée dans le dernier quartier historique ajouté au registre Phoenix. Le quartier de Los Olivos, bien que minuscule, comprend 16 maisons construites sur des terrains d'un hectare dans les années 1910 et 1920, et est l'un des quartiers les plus prestigieux du centre-ville. Les plafonds voûtés de neuf à quinze pieds offrent une ambiance libre et ouverte. La grande salle et la chambre ont des cheminées en granit du sol au plafond, des téléviseurs LCD HD LED à écran plat (55 'dans la grande salle et 43' dans la chambre) avec un câble numérique 900 canaux (toutes les chaînes premium incluses), WiFi, lecteur DVD. De grandes portes-fenêtres s'ouvrent sur le patio privé de la retraite où les jardins sont professionnellement paysagés parmi les plus grands arbres de noix de pécan matures et offrent une ombre et une verdure rares. Une salle d'entraînement de 360 pieds carrés avec un monte-escalier, un vélo elliptique, un tapis roulant, des poids libres, des tapis de yoga Universal Weight Machine, des cerceaux, des cordes à sauter et une télévision couleur, ne laisse aucune excuse pour ne pas se lancer dans ce programme de fitness.

Both the property and the host are amazing! A literal green oasis in the heart of Phoenix! Our family couldn’t have had a better experience, and the accommodations had everything we could ask for and more - a truly beautiful property. It was also the perfect spot to get to everything we wanted to do (shopping, spring training baseball, kayaking near Sedona) around the area. We’d happily stay at this wonderful house for our next trip to PHX!

We spent a wonderful week at the guesthouse in the historic Phoenix neighborhood of Los Olivos. Our host was so welcoming and went out of her way to check with us periodically to see if there was anything we needed. The house itself is lovely, and equipped with every amenity a person could want. The grounds are so peaceful and tranquil — wonderful to sit outside for lunch or drinks—and yet we were within walking distance of a short drive from museums and from the many cultural happenings in downtown Phoenix. We would love to return!

Linda made our stay extra special. Her tangelos and fresh squeezed juice were much appreciated! The house is eclectically decorated with some beautiful glass and artifacts. Great garden to relax in. My wife and I stayed here to attend the final four. The home was exactly as advertised, very clean and comfortable. We worked a few days remotely and the wifi was fabulous, no issues. The bed was comfy and the shower had great pressure. There are nice outdoor areas to be outside. You’re on the property with the main house but still felt very private. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt totally secure the entire time. The host was very welcoming and helpful. It’s a nice central location to reach all areas of greater Phoenix with a few nice restaurants within a 20 min walk. You’ll probably want to have a car and the home has room for parking behind their gate (extra safe and convenient).

Outstanding!!!

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, secluded home in the Phoenix Los Olivos historic neighborhood. The property is gorgeous with a large, fenced-in, pet friendly backyard. It’s perfect with several lounge chairs, a hammock and a separate patio and barbecue area. This architecturally stunning guest house with its spacious, open layout includes all the necessary amenities you would need. The paintings, glass art and furnishings enhance this exceptional home. Linda and Scott are fantastic hosts, always available to answer questions and to make sure you are having an enjoyable stay. Check out the binder chock full of information on local restaurants and attractions sitting right on the coffee table when you walk in or ask Linda for a restaurant recommendation, she’s very knowledgeable. It’s centrally located, with easy access to great restaurants and grocery stores which are either a short walk or drive and the freeway is just a short distance as are several museums. We highly recommend this property. We had a delightful stay and really didn’t want to leave, but as they say “all good things must come to an end” . . . we will be back. Amazing guest house in central Phoenix

We have stayed at many VRBOs but this was one of the best! Well appointed with a very comfortable bed and beautiful artwork. Plenty of space and good internet speeds for working. Kitchen had everything we needed and the back patio was lovely - quiet and private. Great location in a historic central Phoenix neighborhood. Linda was a gracious and attentive host.

Oasis in the Desert

What an amazing property! It went above and beyond our expectations. The owner, Linda, was so warm and inviting upon our arrival, and went over all aspects of the place. Her property is lovely, gorgeous grounds, beautiful interior, and the historic neighbor was quiet, and a great place to walk. She has a fun dog, Koku, who would greet us at the gate whenever we arrived back at the property. And, for all you dog lovers, she allows dogs to stay in the guest house!! We have stayed at several different places when doing our annual visit to Phoenix, but this is by far the best place we have found.

Very Relaxing Stay

Our stop in the Historic Phoenix area was the last week of a 3 month journey through the Southwest and we were looking for a little downtime and relaxation. This home helped provide that and was everything and more than we expected after looking at its pictures and reading fellow renter reviews before booking it. What a treat! Beautifully decorated home and grounds were wonderful and made that much more enjoyable by Linda, who was very helpful not only from the day we booked her place 6 months earlier, but also while there with ideas on restaurants and places we may want to visit. Without hesitation we would recommend.

Phoenix Oasis

The property is part of the charming Los Olivos historic neighborhood which features olive trees, lush green yards, orange trees, palm trees and expansive well tended yards. Quite literally an oasis in the desert. The property itself and the guesthouse are very stunning as well. The outdoor spaces are amazing. A green, fenced-in, pet-friendly private yard complete with recliners and a luxurious hammock. There are also seating areas for outdoor dining and conversations. The guest house is beautiful and very generous with space. Soaring ceilings, stylish artwork and modern touches throughout and all the amenities you need. Also includes a workout room if you are so inclined. Linda is a terrific owner/host. Goodie baskets and binder highlighting area restaurants and attractions greet you, and she occasionally drops off a treat from her yard (orange juice, rosemary) and is very willing to work with you to make your stay most enjoyable. The property is located within walking distance of several excellent restaurants, and the museum district (Modern Art, and Native American Art Museum), and is near major transportation corridors so that you can easily get to wherever else you want to go.

A slice of historic heaven!

What a lovely guesthouse in the historic Los Olivas district. Perfect location to downtown Phoenix—seconds from the Heard Museum. Sizable at 18-hundred square ft., all the amenities and ultra modern decor. Beautiful landscaping! Phin our Wheaten and Max, a spaniel, roamed the spacious lot and enjoyed their days of play with Koku. I’m convinced the reason this home has chalked up 5 star reviews is the hostess, Linda, was gracious, attentive (without being intrusive) and responsible. We especially enjoyed our evening of guacamole from Barios, chips, wine and good conversation with Linda and Scott. Too bad VRBO doesn’t offer a 6th ⭐️ review!

Wonderful, relaxing stay in sunny Phoenix!

What a pleasure to stay in this beautiful Guest House tucked away in a historic Phoenix neighborhood! The home is nicely furnished inside and out, and has everything needed for a relaxing getaway in sunny Phoenix. Very private, quiet, and secure - and yet there are dozens of great restaurants and grocery stores within a short walk or drive. Outstanding location and centrally located so access to the freeway is just a short distance away. Linda is a wonderful host and made communications easy. Our pups loved the large, fenced-in yard. We stayed three weeks and wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommended!

Perfect for R&R!!!!!!!

we usually stay in Sedona but with everything booked out we opted to stay in Phoenix. We have stayed in several vrbo over the years and, while most are pretty nice, there's always things missing that we think should be provided. Linda has thought of absolutely everything. The house is exquisitely decorated with the highest quality furniture and accessories. it's rare to see such quality in a one bedroom unit. attention has been paid to every detail, from color coordination in the interior and exterior to the beautiful and well maintained landscaping. the house is located just short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. this is a perfect romantic getaway for couples young and old. you can sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine as you relax at sunset or in the more private bbq area . The manager linda is such a delight. We enjoyed chatting and playing ball with her dog. Super friendly . Linda was helpful with entertainment options and recommendations for dining. We fully recommend this property for anyone looking to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of real life.

Our Stay

First of all I chose this property because of the reviews. They were all wonderful. Then we arrive to this property and its exactly like the pictures on the internet only better!! The house is very roomy and well decorated as well as comfortable. I felt like I was at home away from home. And the owner Linda was absolutely amazing!! She was very accommodating, She even left us freshly squeezed orange juice from her trees on the front porch for our trip back to the airport. I feel as if I made a new friend. I totally recommend this property. Enjoy!!! Thank you again Linda!!

The space is amazing. For a one bedroom there is so much room and it is very well appointed. It is attractive yet comfortable and the owner, Lynda’s, has gone out of her way to pamper you. Fresh squeezed orange juice, slippers, treats amazing The yard is spacious and our dog was super happy. Linda has a puppy and the two dogs were in heaven Linda is great so book this place if it fits your needs. A real find.

The perfect place!~

Believe it or not, I chose Linda's guesthouse because I knew it would be perfect for my Shihtzu, Isabel. It turned out to be perfect for me, too. You just have to open the doors and there is a fabulous, meticulously maintained yard and patio for both dogs and people, with tables, chairs and a hammock. The house itself was really clean and well supplied with dishes, flatware, pots and pans and linens. The mattress was good in the bedroom and the futon in the living room was very comfortable for sleeping. I loved the fireplace when it was cool in the evenings. Linda was so prompt and helpful in replying to any questions or concerns. There was a bit of an issue with the wifi in the beginning, but it all worked out. She also shared the citrus from her trees. I loved the location and as a single woman with only a 12 lb. dog for a companion, I always felt comfortable and secure. The house is close to freeways, museums, great restaurants, a wonderful yoga studio and one of the best fish markets (yes, in the desert), I''ve been to. I stayed a little over a month and would absolutely recommend this house -- with or without a dog! Five stars!

We very much enjoyed our stay in the beautiful, private and contemporary garden home that Linda, our attentive hostess has creared in one of the premier neighbourhoods of old Phoenix. Linda has flair for design and attention to detail. This was our 4th stay at Linda’s beautiful guest house and we are planning a 5th The area has become even more vibrant with lots of new restaurants and shops. You will not find a better host. Absolutely the best!

This home is not only beautiful but has a great location..downtown is close by...easily accessed by the light rail or your own car...the Phoenix art museum and Heard Museum are a 6 minute walk....the home is beautifully furnished with a great patio off the great room and bedroom...You can't find anyone better than Linda who has provided everything you might possibly want
