You will have access to all the community amenities including a beautiful resort style pool, large and well-equipped fitness room, and the community club house area.
As you enter the home, you immediately feel the serenity and calmness that the owners have created. The main living area is open concept with super comfortable seating for relaxing in front of the huge TV, a dining table that seats 4 and floor to wall glass doors opening onto the screened outdoor patio.
The kitchen is well equipped, with everything you will need for your stay. All appliances, as with everything in the home, are brand new. The kitchen island and breakfast bar seating, are perfect for socializing as you create home cooked meals with friends or family. Whipping up pancakes for breakfast, or a gourmet meal? We've got you covered. Morning coffee? Choose from the Keurig, the filter coffee machine, or the French press! Outdoor dining? Cocktails and great conversation in the warm Florida evenings? Why not?
The master bedroom is spacious and a haven to relax in - with a luxurious king bed, a large smart TV, and large private bathroom with walk in shower and double vanity, you will feel pampered every day. There is also a huge walk in closet, so you won't be short of storage space for your clothes and personal items.
The guest bedroom has twin beds, which can be moved together for a more intimate set up if required. This bedroom also has a smart, wall mounted TV and plenty of closet space.
There is a laundry room with washer and dryer and access to the private garage from the house. In the garage you will find Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler, for those Florida days at the beach.
Guests will have access to the entire condo and the garage, as well as the community amenities.
We manage this beautiful vacation home for the owners and are available by phone or text anytime during your stay. There will be a comprehensive house manual at the property as well as online and we will send your check in details and directions a few days before your arrival date.

There is a processing fee of $100, plus $40pp credit check fee, which you will pay directly to the Community association and is not included in this booking fee. We cannot 100% confirm the booking until the application has been approved by the association, but your dates will be held until that is confirmed). All application/agreement forms will be sent to you upon your request to book and must be submitted at least 30 days before your requested arrival date. So please plan accordingly. The minimum booking period is 30 days.
