If you feel like getting a bit of fresh air, you will have access to the boathouse with a canoe and a swimming raft! And with the addition of a private washer/dryer, you can pack lightly and stay on top of your laundry during your stay.

Situated right on the shore of North Twin Lake, you'll have direct access to non-stop water activities just steps from your door! Whether it's fishing, boating, or kayaking, you can spend all day out on the water. During winter, access hundreds of miles of snowmobile trails, go ice fishing, snowshoeing, or Nordic skiing, or just enjoy the wintery scene from indoors. North Twin Lake is a 2,871-acre lake, with a maximum depth of 60 feet, and fishing, no matter the season, is great here with Musky, Panfish, Bass, and Walleye all competing for your lures. This retreat is also one mile from the Conover bike trail. Plus, the Phelps Bike Trails are open, and you can access them right across the road from this property!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
