This professionally curated apartment is walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale, the hottest destination in Phoenix. You can walk to restaurants, shopping and bars. However you might not want to when you can lounge around all day at the shared pool or putting green. Please note the pool is not heated.

The apartment contains a Smart TV, High Speed Wi-Fi, a memory foam mattress to keep guests comfortable during their stay.

This vintage apartment welcomes friends and family of all ages. We put time and effort into making sure everything is readily accessible to our guests without having to search for things. Note that while the kitchen and flooring of this apartment is newer, its located in a very cool, 1970's apartment building with original walls and ceiling.

-The home can be accessed via self-check-in with a keypad lock on the front door
-2-person patio set outside the front door on the shared walkway is reserved for our guests (not pictured in photos)

NOTE: Quite hours in all outdoor areas are at 10pm, 7 nights per week.

Important: There is no lifeguard on duty at the community pool. Children must be supervised at all times and occupants are responsible for cleaning up after themselves in all outdoor areas.

Laundry:
The building has a coin based laundry shared by the residents and guests

Note: This apartment is in a small, 13 person apartment community. Most of the residents are long term renters with a few short-term guests mixed in.

*Please note that when it is summer, there are bugs from time to time. Please keep doors closed at all times and food away. We have this property professionally serviced for bugs frequently, but they do sometimes sneak inside.
