In the heart of Downtown Scottsdale, this photo-worthy Airbnb blends bold design with midcentury charm. Black accent walls, pink ducts, playful patterns, and crisp white cabinetry create a stylish, Insta-ready spaceâjust steps from the Arts District and Main Street. Local artist contributions and decorated by Tony Williams, you have every right to be excited!

The two bedrooms are complete with soft linens, closet space with extra blankets and pillows, and overhead lighting and a ceiling fan. Both are locate at the end of the hallway.
To the left you see the colorful Rainbow room which will showcase art by Lily Reeves, Zanereti, Hamster Studios, and Red Tree Studios. Ion Property management is excited to be able to keep this artwork displayed throughout the home and ask that you respect each piece. This bedroom has a queen size mattress and closet space with a luggage rack to help you unpack.
Across the hallway is a much darker room featuring white and black décor. Again, this bedroom has ample closet space, a nice seating arrangement (the hanging chair is sturdy but please be careful), and a queen size bed. The television in this bedroom gives this bedrooms guests an extra perk for their evening wind down.

Next to the bedrooms in the hallway is the full bathroom. We provide shampoo & conditioner, body wash, handwash, and towels.
The bathroom features two white vanity sinks with storage beneath, a toilet and then a sleek walk in shower and tub bench. Completely remodeled fixtures, tiling, and concepts throughout this entire condo but the bathroom should be highlighted! The wood bench and black shower is immaculate and spa day friendly if you expose the hidden tub.

- Dishwasher, Gas Stove, Refrigerator, and Microwave. NO Oven.
- In- Unit all-in-one Washer Dryer located in kitchen closet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with silverware, plates & bowls, cooking utensils, and smaller kitchen appliances. We plan for you to utilize this space to store beverages and small snacks or to host an intimate meal for family or friends. You can rest assured youâll be able to start your day with a cup of coffee from the Keurig and then start your happy hour with a nice glass of wine if desired!
The dining area seats four and is situated in between the kitchen and living area. The table is a nice nod to the open shelving in the kitchen.

The wall mural starts in the living area and spreads to the back of the kitchen. A TV is now present in this room, covering a small portion of the mural but placed for your entertainment. Close the blinds, snag a spot on the spacious couch and enjoy Hulu Live TV.
| Outdoor Space |
As you exit the condo, you are on the second floor walkway overlooking the outdoor pool and patio space. The outdoor pool is not heated but it will be accessible all year around. The outdoor space is shared with the neighboring tenants.
One covered carport is available to utilize.
This apartment uses a chiller-boiler HVAC system for heating and cooling. Typically, heating is available during the colder months and air conditioning during the warmer months; however, these settings are controlled by building management. For your comfort, a portable AC unit has been installed in the bedroom window.

- For reservations with 30 nights or more, the standard cleaning fee will be doubled to accommodate a deep clean.
- Early check-in and Late check-out may be accommodated, subject to the propertyâs availability 24 hours before your scheduled check-in or check-out day. Please note that applicable fees will apply for these requests: $85 for any check-in between 12:00PM to 2:00PM and full night rate for any late check-out.
- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.
*** Same day bookings are subject to a 6:00PM MST check-in time***
- This is a non-smoking property, fines start at $2000.00 for smoking inside the property.
- In the case of a refund request, the processing fees will not be refunded.

- All City of Scottsdale noise complaint fines will be automatically billed to the customer. Fines start at $250.
