PeacockParadise30A is a spacious beach home located just a short stroll to the beautiful white sandy beaches of Seagrove. Located on the South side of 30A in the upscale neighborhood of Cottages at Eastern Lake.

Golf cart fee is required to cover insurance and maintenance - only $300 per stay. (A savings of $550 compared to about $850 per week - normal peak rental rate 😉).

Great cul-de-sac lot right next to a boardwalk leading to the community pool. Small neighborhood with large pool! It's a short 8 minute leisurely walk to one of the best beach accesses - 😎 level with no steps or boardwalk. Step right onto the sand in this popular area nestled between Seaside and Rosemary Beach.

✅ This home features 4 bedrooms including a bunk room with sturdy, built in bunk beds.

✅ Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and there is a guest half bath on the main floor.

✅ Large kitchen with island offers plenty of seating in addition to the large dining area.

✅ Family room is huge and additional porches offer lots of room for hanging out when not enjoying the beach.

✅ Big screen TV's in Family room and all bedrooms.

✅ 3 KING beds 👑

✅ Best internet available in the area.

New owners are Steve and Debbie Peacock from Cumming, Ga. Debbie leads Peacock Realty team and we just purchased this home away from home in 2020 and painted entire interior and changed out almost all furniture and decor including super comfortable beds. King size beds in all bedrooms (except bunk room of course). New LVP flooring in all bedrooms. New big screen TV's in family room, the 3 primary bedrooms and gaming room upstairs. Fastest internet available for the area including an additional network to handle multIple devices.
Convenient to restaurants including the popular Old Florida Fish House only a half mile away and less than 2 miles to The Hub!

Exceeded expectations on every aspect!!

We had an amazing stay. This house is ideal for multiple families with the three king beds and lots of bathrooms and lounging spaces. We couldn’t have asked for a better space to enjoy our three generation family trip. The location’s proximity to shops and the beach and the community pool are as good as it gets. Debbie was wonderful with communication through the entire process with helping us know what to bring and with settling in once we arrived. We have stayed in multiple other locations on 30A and this is by far our favorite. We will be re-booking this one for sure! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Amazing Time

We have stayed at this Vrbo rental numerous times! Home has a fantastic layout; each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower or tub/shower combo’s. Owner is very responsive to any question you might have. Quite neighborhood, close to the Walton Dunes, restaurants and shopping. We 100% recommend this home for your next 30A vacation!

Perfect vacation home!

Peacock Paradise was perfect for our family. The house is perfectly located with the pool only moments away, and the beach a short bike or golf cart ride away. The amenities provided were perfect; comfortable & attractive furnishings, well appointed kitchen, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and toys all in perfect condition. The owners definitely anticipated all the little details that made the vacation effortless! As a bonus, we have a family member who must eat gluten free, and found many celiac safe restaurants within minutes of the house. Peacock Paradise is a terrific vacation home!

Steve and Debbie Peacock live in Cumming, Ga and have a grown daughter (age 31) who is expecting her 1st baby (and their first grandchild - a girl) Nov 2020. We also have a 12 yr old son and 10 yr old daughter who keep us busy and always love visiting the beach!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We purchased our first property on 30A in 2002 - a tiny condo in Hidden Beach Villas. We have also owned a home right next to the condo and just across 30A. When we sold that house, we knew we wanted to have a home on the south side of 30A and one that would be great for families as we will eventually retire there! This house checked ALL of our boxes and we are happy to share with other families until we make the final move to 30A.
