"Happy Ours" est une nouvelle maison de plage personnalisée avec 4 chambres, 4 salles de bain dans le quartier populaire de Lakeside à Blue Mountain situé à Blue Mountain Beach. Profitez d'une escapade relaxante pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes. Cette maison est décorée dans un style côtier classique avec des couleurs apaisantes et tous les nouveaux meubles. La maison de plage parfaite avec la sensation 30A! Marchez ou faites du vélo vers les belles eaux émeraude et le sable sucré ou marchez vers l'un des nombreux restaurants locaux. Redfish Taco, Blue Mtn. Creamery, McTighes Irish Pub et Blue Mabel pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns!

This was a family vacation and the home was very accommodating for our family of six. My only hiccup was there was no golf cart available, I think they have since added one. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Easter trip

This modern beach home met the needs of our family. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with items to cook a full meal. The beds were comfortable and spacious. The front porch had comfortable outdoor furniture as well as the walk out from the master bedroom. Location was ideal to ride the golf cart to restaurants and Blue Mountain Beach.

First time on 30A and we’d love to go back!

Tucked in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space, cozy living room and beds for our family. Kitchen well stocked for light breakfast, lunches, and 1 dinner we cooked. Space was very clean and crisp. Getting to the beach was easier than we thought with the golf cart provided and my 6 year old daughter and I walked there one afternoon. If you’re going during peak season, be prepared that finding a beach spot might be tricky. From the closest beach access point from our neighborhood, much of the direct beach access is private. If it’s crowded, be prepared to walk down the beach a little ways to find an open spot. Only inconvenienced us 1 day and then it was easier to find a spot for the remainder of or trips (as it seemed that most ppl had ended their vacation). We liked that it was a easy drive to Seaside and Grayton, but was away from the hustle and bustle.

It was beautiful, clean, in a great location, and the management company was very responsive. We had several issues with the golf cart that they were very quick to resolve. The home could use a little organization with linens and other supplies, but it’s certainly not an issue that would stop us from coming back! Highly recommend.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay in this very beautiful home. We planned a family vacation with our children and grandchildren. The positives, beautiful home, near a public beach access and also near a walking and bike path. The downside, construction going on to the home next to us was going on everyday and it was very loud, grandchildren could not really nap. It might be best if people are notified of construction or possible things going on around the home such as this so they can know it ahead of time. Mattress on the sofa bed was dirty and we did have to make some different sleeping arrangements as we planned for that as a place to sleep. Overall, we are very satisfied with the stay. We were not aware of the limited space for public beach. I think others planning to stay in the area should research this before booking a stay. Nothing could have helped that other than making sure people are aware of the limited area of public beach space

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house and well accommodating for many ages. The kitchen equipment is in great need of replacement. Pots and pans are scratched. We didn't use the pots and pans because of the rust. The kitchen is not well equipped which is disappointing and difficult to work with. Even the ceramic bowls and casserole dishes are scratched and unusable. The kitchen is my only complaint which it makes it challenging to cook.

Wonderful Blue Mountain home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family really enjoyed our stay! This home is in a great location in very nice newer neighborhood. VERY clean! The layout of the home worked well with 2 en-suites, and 2 other full baths so no waiting on showers! The home is set up well with kitchen supplies, a few beach towels, extra blankets, and a storage area with beach items. The pool is just around the corner and the beach is an easy walk for our adult family. There is a convenient public access with restrooms, shower, and parking. You can rent chairs and umbrella set ups on the beach. Very convenient to restaurants, ice cream, and publix. We would definitely stay again!

Beach fun

Great house. Very clean. There were 5 of us and bedrooms are spacious. Kitchen was well-stocked. Pool was just two short blocks away, very nice as well. Beach is walkable but a little far if you are carrying beach supplies. Living room seating is really only for 4, so something to keep in mind. Overall great stay and would definitely return and recommend as well!

Great place to Stay!

Overall, we loved this place! The house is quite spacious and very nice. We loved the kitchen and made all our meals there; so well stocked! The hostess was easy to access and quick to respond by text. It has easy access to the beach and is only two blocks from beach entrance. We loved to relax and have coffee on the deck or the front porch in the morning. The only problem we had was that the back of the house is on a busy street, so traffic can make it hard for a light sleeper. We also had a neighbor who chose to play loud music for our last two nights there after the required time. This was unfortunate. All in all, we loved our stay there and would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful home

Our large family group of 12 had a great time staying at the Happy Ours home. It’s a short walk to the beach or pool. The house had many fun items to bring to the beach which was helpful as we hadn’t packed enough. The kitchen was a good size for our larger group & there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably.

Family vacation

The house was perfect for our family, which consisted of 6 adults and 5 children. The sitting area upstairs was perfect for the grandkids and the adults were able to enjoy the sitting area downstairs. Kitchen and dining area was also perfect for our family needs!

Amazing stay!!!

This house was amazing and hosted my family and I so well! The property management was very easy to reach with any questions. The house is a short walk to the beach and to Blue Mountain Creamery Ice Cream. Close enough to seaside town to enjoy but far enough to not be constantly in the hustle and bustle. Great house and would absolutely recommend!!

Loved our stay!!

This home is everything I hope it would be. The open floor plan is great for spending quality time with your family and friends. The kitchen is amazing and stocked with enough dishes and other kitchen items that make cooking easy if you want to do meals during your stay. The master suite upstairs was one of my favorite rooms with the outside porch area. Home was stocked with enough towels for all of our guests. Lakeside is a friendly quiet neighborhood. We had a few issues on day #1, but they were taken care of quickly with property manager. One thing I would make note of is the bedroom downstairs has a closet area that is big enough for a pack and play so your child will have a quiet place to sleep (just bring a sound machine)…it worked out great for the baby.

Very Comfortable Beach House

This house is lovely with a great layout. Very clean and well equipped. It is only 2 years old so everything is in excellent condition. I wished it was closer to the beach, however. It is about a half mile, which is fine for adults, but our youngest grandchild is 2, so most of the time we had to drive to the beach and parking is very minimal. We still had a great week, and everyone enjoyed staying at the property.

We have previously stayed in Seacrest twice and wanted to try out a different beach along 30A and Blue Mountain did not disappoint! The beach was much less crowded and we had great proximity to Gulf Place and Seaside by bike. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach.
