Situé dans la magnifique plage de Seagrove, à 1,5 km du bord de mer, cette maison haut de gamme de 5 chambres / 5. 5 bains, maison de 3 étages avec de hauts plafonds, ascenseur et cuisine haut de gamme, est situé dans une communauté privée à l'intersection de 30A et Robert-Ellis Drive. Emplacement facile à proximité du bord de mer, du Watersound et de la plage de Rosemary.

Juste à côté du porche se trouve une piscine communautaire privée.

La plage blanche comme neige est située à seulement 400 mètres, une promenade facile sur route pavée de 5 minutes (ou en voiture) qui vous emmène juste à côté d’un épicerie / magasin de quartier, d’un magasin de location de vélos, d’un marché de poisson frais et d’un magasin de crème glacée.

Chacune des cinq chambres a sa propre salle de bain attenante.

Des meubles de créateurs et une abondance de lumière et d'espace créent une expérience édifiante et relaxante. ~ 1er étage: Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plasma 42 pouces / DVD, d'un canapé-lit et d'une demi-baignoire. Direct TV à travers la maison.

La cuisine haut de gamme comprend un grand îlot, une cuisinière à gaz Wolf, des comptoirs en granit et un réfrigérateur / congélateur en taille réelle. Coin repas pour 8 et 4 personnes supplémentaires au bar. Bon équipement pour le cuisinier exigeant.

Chambre King au 1er étage, télévision à écran plasma de 81 cm, salle de bain luxueuse avec double vasque, baignoire jacuzzi, grande douche.

Nice home, great location! Would book again.

The only thing it needs is chairs, umbrellas, etc for people that fly and can't pack those items.

Lovely, comfortable home.

Probably the most well-stocked kitchen cookware and utensils of any place we've ever stayed. Cannot say enough about how responsive and nice the company handling this property was. If only they could have done something about the rain!

Many things to do

Property was great! If you have a larger group bring some extra towels and washcloths. Expect to hear a little hammering at 8:00am Rent a golf cart. Worth it “Street Legal” very responsive Had pictures taken on the beach “shore shooter” wonderful! Liz took her time and took a lot! Went on a sailboat “Paradise Adventures” Jess, Jamie and Jacob. So accommodating!! Small walk to beach. Go to sea grove! Small drive on a golf Cart. “Food trucks”

Fantastic Family Vacation

What a wonderful, new, modern house. No frilly seashells and pastel colors here. The house is tastefully decorated, and reminds me of home. We travelled with three couples, and four kids, plus another adult, and the house was MORE than enough room. We were never on top of each other. The walk to the beach was easy, and short. The pool was small, but perfect, and right outside the door. As the kids get older, we will feel comfortable letting them swim there on their own. We have found our "forever" beach house! I can't wait to come back to this house for years to come!

Family vacation 2023

This property housed 11 of us comfortably. We basically had the community pool to ourselves! The house is decorated beautifully and well equipped except for towels and potholders. I gave a 4 for cleanliness because the front porch was not swept and beach toys everywhere. The recliners in the living room did not work and that was a bummer. There was a surplus of books and games for all ages. The driveway is small but we made 3 SUV’s work. The elevator was a life savor!!!

Wonderful week at the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great family trip to the beach! The house sits in a very quiet cul de sac that allows the littles a chance to ride their bikes away from the hustle and bustle of 30A. While the location is a close walk to the beach, the beach was Uber crowded so we drove an extra .5 miles left on 30A to the next public Beach access that had a lot fewer people. Overall it was a great stay! The only negative thing about the house was the smoke alarm was so sensitive that you had to basically turn the vent fan on five mins ahead of starting to cook or the detector would constantly go off.

Great little find in a quiet beach neighborhood

We had a great 2 week stay in August. The weather and water were spectacular and it was capped off by this gem of a place to stay. The place was very clean and updated with nice amenities. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out on different levels. The beds were very comfortable which is always a concern at another person's place. Having a pack and play and toddler bed were a necessity for our family traveling with 4 kids under 6. Our kids loved the close proximity pool for late afternoons. The bike rental shop down the street was very helpful and we definitely got our money's worth of riding. The walk to the beach is easy even for the little ones. The owner was very easy to contact ahead of time with questions and recommendations for local items. We will definitely be coming back in the future!! A few suggestions though, the vacuum cleaner does not work great and it may just be a full bag, but having a working broom, mop, and vacuum are a must with sand and a 1 year old dropping food on the floor all the time. The kitchen needs a bigger community trashcan. The small oddly shaped one is nothing for 12 people to fill in a hurry. Outside larger and more secure trashcans are also a must. We saw 2 large raccoons getting into the trash every night and we had to go clean it up every morning. We couldn't keep the trash inside though because it was to much with so many people and poopy diapers.

Nice House and Good Location

The house is very comfortable and roomy. We had a mixed age group from grandparents to toddlers. The elevator in the home was definitely a bonus! It allowed the grandparents to stay on the second floor as they were able to avoid the stairs. Thereby allowing the first floor bedroom to be used by my niece, her husband and their 2 year old. (Didn’t want the toddler to be climbing the stairs) As far as location, it was pretty good. The beach is within walking distance but not if you are carrying all of the things you will need for an entire day at the beach. The nearest beach access does not allow parking, so we wld have to drive and unload then take vehicle back to the house and walk down then repeat when our day was complete. Cons: The washer and dryer are stackable and can only handle a small load. When you have a house that can accommodate 10+ people you need a full size washer and dryer. Plus the dryer didn’t work properly. It would take forever to dry clothes, despite the numerous lint cleanings. I had read this in previous reviews and it was very true..the smoke alarm is super sensitive to say the least. It would go off constantly even when there was no smoke. This was extremely annoying as it would wake the entire house up once anyone started to prepare breakfast. While I appreciate that it works, there has to be something that can be done to help control its sensitivity. Scrambling eggs would trigger the alarm. We found it helpful to only cook on the back burners with the oven fans on. This seemed to help a little. One last thing, parking is very tight. Three SUVs will not fit. Luckily, the lot next to the home is vacant and we were able to utilize a portion of that and park parallel to the road. I believe if they owners would invest in a golf cart that came with the rental of the house it would be a great addition. Otherwise, if I stayed here again I would definitely rent one,

Roof top Gang

Great roof top to spend evenings on when the sun was going down. Outside furniture was dated and a little rusty, but beautiful views. Large 5 bedrooms with an elevator was awesome. I have a family of 8 adults and we all had our own bedroom with a bathroom. The main floor bedroom door does not stay closed so that was a bit embarrassing, also very loud in that bedroom. The beds were extremely hard so I had a hard time sleeping. Also a LOT of construction( right) next door so don’t think you can sleep in. All in all this is a great huge family house, I would book again.

The kitchen was well stocked as we do a lot of cooking. Great location!! Very close to the pool. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The only thing we missed with this house was an outdoor sitting space and outdoor shower.

The bed pillows were hard. Also, no controls for the electric recliners. We had a defective coffee maker that was replaced the same day we called. Beach is about a two block walk. But overall I recommend this place for a good vacation.

Nice place for siblings to gather.

The VRBO was nice and roomy. Each couple had privacy with their own bathroom. We were somewhat dissatisfied with the cooking pans. The skillets need replaced. The tv and wifi had issues and maybe more info beforehand would have helped. WiFi was at times slow and the tv channels were not available.

Great home with plenty of room for 6 adults/2 children. Room for more without congestion. Clean, well equipped. within short walk to beach. quiet area. pool out the front door an excellent alternative to beach. easy to rent. Now on the list for a future return. Thank you.

Downsides: June peak time caused crowds on the beach and bumper to bumper traffic on 30A. Community pool was smaller than expected and appeared somewhat past due on cleaning.
