Storey Lake - Kissimmee is a brand new vacation community located just 4 miles from the magical world of Disney and just minutes to Universal, Sea World and the many water parks in the area. Central Florida is also home to some of the nation's top-rated golf courses and many are within a 10-minute drive of Storey Lake. The prime location lends itself to the premier shopping corridor including the famed Millennia, top restaurants and the world renowned town of Celebration inspired by Disney. Storey Lake is also a 30-minute drive from the Orlando International Airport. The resort offers the best in family fun and is host to a wide variety of amenities and activities. This spacious 9 bedroom holiday villa can comfortably accommodate a large family or group of up to 18 guests.

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations.If the grill is locked up then it is not to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill.
If you would like to have a grill for your vacation we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Situated around a scenic lake with a variety of water amenities and activities including a tropical resort pool with lazy river, two waterslides, and children's splash pad. Great House/Needs More Cleaning

The house is very nice. Overall clean but the bed sheets and the pillows were dirty. We paid for pool heat and did not get it until 5 days later (we were there for 7 days). Nice location and convenient when it comes to grocery stores and outlets.

Just about everything went well. The pool and the jacuzzi can't be used at the same time.

We had a wonderful time. The staff was great at getting issues resolved. The linen needs more attention. Sheets were clean, but the comforters needed washing. I started washing some of them and because it took so much time washing comforters, I just set the dirty comforters aside so I could enjoy my vacation and not spend two days washing comforters. The home is beautiful, it was clean. It's just like it appears on the picture. The game room was awesome. I would suggest this property to friends.

Loud and not private

On the plus side, this house is big. Lots of bedrooms and good tvs. Wi-Fi is decent but cell coverage is awful. The pool is nice but the neighboring houses are literally two feet away and there were a lot of parties. I think some must contract out for group events because there were microphones involved. And they went very very late with no security options. Not the fault of Vrbo but future guests should be aware. The kitchen has way too many wine glasses and zero bowls for mixing or salad or anything. It’s weird. No cutting boards, no prep stuff. The company should go to dollar tree and get some stuff. And I understand not leaving food but they didn’t have any dish soap, dishwasher soap, cleaning supplies or garbage bags. One bag in the kitchen was it. And they give one roll of tp and laughable bars of soap. So plan to bring everything. The cleaning was bad. The vacuum cleaner didn’t work at all which means the cleaning staff just made traction marks without actually cleaning anything. And there is black hair EVERYWHERE! Black hair in the sheets and towels, the showers and floors. The pool deck wasn’t cleaned at all (food all over) so I asked someone to come clean it which they did on day 3. I cleaned everything else myself. It’s cleaner now than when I arrived. They didn’t stock enough towels but dropped some off on day 2. They didn’t have any extra pillowcases for the available pillows and no extra blankets. At least two beds (of the five we used) had dirty duvets and shams and since the shams are the only pillow covers it’s pretty gross. The storey lake resort is not great. Again, not the fault of Vrbo but future guests should know. It’s far and small and limited. The pool at the actual community of the house is nicer. The game room in the house is fine although there are no game consoles available (pictures make it look like you can game but there’s nothing there to game with). The pool table is falling apart with torn felt and damaged edges. So basically, foosball and two arcade machines. In the end, it’s too expensive for the limitations, noise and lack of privacy.
