With four beautifully appointed bedrooms and three full baths, you'll enjoy the best of both worlds – close proximity to Charleston’s popular restaurants and attractions, coupled with the privacy of your own sanctuary.

All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs for your entertainment. The second floor also opens up to a private porch, providing a serene spot for enjoying your morning coffee in style.

As our valued guests, you will have exclusive access to the entire Unit B, with all appliances and amenities provided in the listing. A washer/dryer is available for your convenience within the apartment.

We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*
