We are a corporate housing company based in Los Angeles since 2012. Our minimum stay is 30 days and our average stay is 3 months. We provide furnished serviced apartments for today's’ modern traveler. We have a dedicated customer service team to help manage the quality of care and service you receive as our guest. Our goal is to help make our suite into your home.
The space
Our unit comes with a queen size bed in each bedroom, living room sofa, dining table, cable TV (3 tvs in unit), wireless internet (30 mb/sec), AC, hardwood floors, washer/dryer in unit, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, gas, water, electricity. There is a $300.00/month utility cap.
There are 2 assigned parking spaces in our gated parking garage that are included with the rent. Our unit comes equipped with dishes, utensils, pots/ pans, towels and linens. Our guests can upgrade internet speeds, direct TV packages and schedule housekeeping services at an additional cost.
The Complex has an after-hours security patrol that monitors the high definition cameras throughout the property and parking garage. This is a key fob controlled-access community.
Our unit is a 5min walk to a Ralph’s grocery store, Pavilions grocery store, Starbucks, Pete’s Coffee, the Coffee Bean, California Pizza Kitchen, Mendecino Farms, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Pink Berry, CVS Pharmacy, and Panda Express.
