Situé au milieu d'un triangle des plus beaux hÎtels 5 étoiles, y compris Sofitel, SLS, et le Four Seasons, et moins de la moitié du prix.

A fantastic place!

This apartment is even larger than we expected. It had everything we needed and the location is perfect! It is walkable to anything you need. Also, the owner is extremely responsive. If anything needs to be fixed or cleaned, it’s as easy as a text. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Location in Beverly Grove

Andre' and Mary were excellent hosts and the location is perfect with lots of shopping and restaurants. The condo is very large, with comfortable beds and living room couches. I would suggest ear plugs, as the condo is very close to a hospital and ambulance sirens can be heard from the bedrooms. The pool was fabulous and the courtyard is beautiful. Thank you Andre' and Mary for your hospitality!

Home away from home

My family needed a place to stay that was close to Cedars Sinai while my husband went thru treatments. Andre’s apartment was perfect not only because of the location (it’s across the street and walkable) but it’s spacious and very comfortable. The apartment complex feels secure and you can tell the primary tenants take care in living in a safe building. The two car secure parking was also a plus since we didn’t have to park/pay at the hospital. It’s also close to many good places to eat that are well within walking distance. After long stressful days it was the perfect place to unwind and reset ourselves. It was well stocked, clean, and the check in/check out process with Maria couldn’t have been easier. Andre is a true gentleman and made the experience as easy as it could be. While the reason for our visit wasn’t anything we would recommend, if you’re ever in the need to find a place to stay in the Beverly Hills area try this apartment it’s a gem.

Great place to stay

Everything went great and was just as advertised. Andre contacted us early, and again just prior to traveling. Mary was in touch with us on our travel day and talked us right into the parking garage. She even made some recommendations for places to visit. Everything we needed was there in the apartment. We would stay again. Thanks Andre and Mary.

Spacious condo in convenient location!

This was a large, open plan condo in a lively location. Pros: Large open space, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and plenty of plates, utensils, glasses, etc. Location near lots of amenities, shopping, and food. Large master bedroom with lots of storage, two full bathrooms, excellent layout, dedicated garage parking space which is so convenient in L.A. There was also a very nice open outdoor area on the 2nd floor with a pool and sport court. Cons: There was consistent traffic noise in both bedrooms which was tough for sleep times with a 2 year old. The master bath tub/shower needs updating. The sheers on the master bedroom glass doors didn't allow for room darkening options. There were many more pros than cons and more importantly, the owner Andre was so kind and was a pleasure to deal with. We had an issue after checking in and he and his agent were great in working to resolve the problem to ensure we had a good stay. Thank you Andre! You were a real pleasure.

Large space... large kitchen with everything you would need... large master bedroom... Large living room... Loved the location. Center, close to everything you need.. from food shopping to restaurants to attractive locations. The best for us... 1 minuet walk to my sons condo. Great communication with the owner. Our Stay Exceeded our Expectations

The Condo we great! It was clean and have everything we needed for our stay. It was in a great location as there was tons of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Most important, Andre was great to work with and did everything he could do to make our stay as enjoyable as possible! Convienient location for anyone having surgery at Cedar Sinai!!

I rented out this condo because I was undergoing a huge operation. I live in Miami and my parents in Huntington Beach. I did not want them driving back and forth everyday so I rented out this condo for a week. It is directly across the street from the hospital. I easily walked over there the morning of my operation. Tons of restaurants, a huge mall and 2 parking spots! My family stayed for a week and I was jealous as I only had one night and spent the rest at Cedars. The condo is SO much bigger than pictured. It is so clean, comfortable and wonderful views. So glad that I found this spot. So much better than renting out a hotel room! Thank you for all your help and being there when we arrived to show us around.

First rate!

The location simply can't be beat with so many amenities a short walk away. There is a great recreation park with a pool and spa on the second level, parking in an underground garage, and laundry facilities, too. The condo looks better in person than in the pictures. It was very comfortable. Andre went beyond the call to accommodate us and we will definitely stay here again on future visits.

Perfect home away from home

The condo is much bigger than it looks. It is well kept, clean, stocked- no need for any other supplies than the food you eat. Andre has everything there for you. He is a very pleasant man, very helpful and easy to work with. The location is great. It was so helpful to have parking in the building- easy access from the elevators. I definitely would stay here again and recommend it to all.

Fantastic location, spacious condo

My husband and I and our two kids, 17 and 21, spent a glorious week at this condo. It was very spacious and had everything we needed including a fully equipped kitchen, towels, iron, blow dryer , laundry down the hall, nice pool and remote for the gate to enter and exit parking lot. The location was perfect. Condo is within walking distance to so many restaurants, grocery stores and upscale shopping. in any direction you walk. We ate at an Asian restaurant that was a 3 minute walk from condo and Al Pacino was eating there! We got a picture with him! Will definitely stay there if I go back to LA.

Location, Location, Location

First of all, I think it's important to let readers know that I am a very picky reviewer. When I travel I stay at five star resorts and my own home is 5,500 square feet and everything is brand new. My son and I spent over a month in this condo during pilot season in Los Angeles and were looking for a place that would be centrally located, well-priced and nice. We found this unit and have actually stayed there on two separate occasions. The unit is very well maintained and Andre will attend to your every need to ensure your stay is wonderful. The condo is quite large and the furniture is clean and well-appointed. I have stayed in units that provide you with 4 forks, 4 plates and the bare essentials in the kitchen. Not so in this case. The kitchen is well stocked so you may wish to spend some evenings cooking at home and enjoying the condo. The bedrooms are also clean and the beds are very comfortable. In fact, there is nothing about this condo that you will find off-putting. The kitchen cabinets are a bit warn but nothing that would prevent me from staying there again. The garage is convenient and there are even two spaces so you can have local friends visit you and park in one of your spaces. Trader Joe's is one block away as are a plethora of shops, restaurants and cute coffee shops. Check out the AOC for dinner one night or The Lardner for breakfast and latte's. Best of all, The Grove (app. 1 mile away) and Beverly Center (across the street) are within walking distance so you really feel like you are in the heart of Los Angeles. There is also a pool deck and it is not often crowded so that is another nice feature. Andre also provides you with an auto inflate air mattress so if you need the extra sleeping space, it is at your disposal. Considering the size of the unit, the location and amenities, this unit is well priced. So, why four stars and not five? The building itself is ready for a face-lift. The common areas and elevator are fine but a bit retro for my taste and the interior hallways could use a fresh coat of paint and some new carpet. Also, the master bathroom has a sunken tub with shower doors so if you are elderly or immobile, getting in and out of the shower in that particular room could be challenging. Not many negatives at all and I think you will find this is a very nice find. Best of all, Andre is a good businessman and fair so you can trust you will get everything you paid for. For me, that's worth a lot when booking online.

Great location and neighborhood

My wife and I spent 8 great days in January 2015. We were so pleased with the condo that we rented it again from March 31 to April 14. Andre, the owner, is very courteous and easy to deal with. The condo is fully equipped with all you need and very clean. The rooms are spacious. The view from the balcony is The location is absolutely great, one of the best in LA. Many good restaurants and shops are at a walking distance. So are two shopping malls. In addition, two parking spaces are included. We look forward to staying there again.

Great location, nice owner

My husband and a friend shared this lovely 2 bedroom during the Christmas season. The owner Andre greeted us and was very accommodating to our needs (we needed to leave a little early - however I do believe that a drop box for the key would make things a little easier for both of us when needed. It all worked out.) It is very spacious and has everything you need. It was cozy and clean, and the parking was easy. The location is amazing. We walked to the Grove, Beverly Center and all the shops along 3rd St. are fun and interesting. There are a number of really great restaurants right within walking distance including AOC - one of my favs. And it's just a hop and a skip to Rodeo Drive and also Melrose. We had lots of fun and will be visiting Andre and LA again soon!

One of the best locations in LA

My wife and I were very pleased with the condo. We spent 8 great days. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted and welcomed by Andre, the owner, a true gentleman, very courteous and easy to deal with. The condo is well equipped and very clean. The rooms are spacious. The location is absolutely great, one of the best in LA. Many good restaurants and shops are at a walking distance. So are two shopping malls. In addition, two parking spaces are included. Lastly, the view from the balcony is truly spectacular. We are planning to return in April 2015.

Family Holiday

My family and I were very pleased with the condo. The owner, Andre welcomed us when we arrived and quickly responded to all our needs. The condo is well equipped, very clean and offers all the amenities, including wonderful views of the city. The location in walking distance to lots of shopping (Beverly Center is across the street) and great restaurants. The building is very secure and includes two parking spaces (so necessary in this city). I loved looking out the balcony every morning to see a specatular sunrise over downtown LA and the Mountains. Yes, you can see Griffith park observatory and DTLA from the condo. Thanks again Andre for providing such a lovely place for us to stay.

Great Location

Communication with owner was great from beginning to end. We spent 8 days for a family vacation, the rooms are spacious, the kitchen was well stocked with accessories to cook meals; was able to grill in the community patio area. It was excellent to have a garage with an automatic opener to access the building, very secure building. When we return to the area, we will stay here again.

THE place to stay in LA

I'm so pleased and satisfied with this apartment, where I spent 3 wonderful weeks: you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. First of all, the apartment is perfectly clean and immaculate with a full stocked kitchen and a so spacious living room with a very confortable coach, big table, TV and a balcony with a great view. Both bedrooms have very confortable big size beds: the master bedroom is terrific with plenty of space in the closets and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and shower. Even if the bedroom is on San Vicente Blvd, there isn't any kind of traffic noise. The apartment has a perfectly working Wifi, 2 parking spaces in the gated underground parking and there is also a security officer during the night, but the place and the neighborhood are absolutely safe. Lot of facilities in the building: laundry, tennis court, a pool where you can relax anytime. The condo is literally in the middle of everything: just across the street the Beverly Center and a short drive (5 minutes) from hot places like Urth Cafe, Le pain quotidien, Toast, The Grove, the Sunset Strip, Rodeo Drive, Melrose and Hollywood. And what about the owner... Andre is the ultimate host: kind, helpful and always available anytime. I highly recommend this apartment: this is THE place to stay for a perfect vacation in LA.

Great place to stay and one of the most gracious hosts I've met.

We came to Los Angeles to celebrate my uncle's 100th birthday. Our party consisted of me, my wife, my brother and my sister. We are all seniors, ranging in age from 67 to 77, and wanted comfort, convenience, and cleanliness. We got all three. As per usual, I had researched the dickens out of VRBO properties, hotels, ... you name it, I looked at them...in depth. Andre's filled the bill just right for us. My wife and I stayed in the master bedroom, my sister in the second bedroom, and my brother opted to sleep on the couch instead of the air mattress that Andre had provided to us for him, which would have worked just fine. Andre's place looked best in the photos, and turns out they are a fair representation of the real thing. The condo was especially great for us because we had two cars, and computers. There are two parking spaces in the underground parking and Andre has WIFI, and a phone. All very convenient. And the building has gated parking and a security officer, although we did not feel that the area was anything but safe, as far as we could see. We had a great dinner at a nearby small trendy Italian restaurant Andre had recommended. We did some shopping for groceries at the nearby grocery store. The kitchen was well-stocked with excellent appliances, lots of dishes and spices, cutlery, etc. The usual basics all there. We could have shopped for all the food and just eaten in the apartment quite easily had we wished to do so. In the morning we enjoyed the coffees that Andre had provided in the coffee maker, while we ate our cereal from Trader Joe's at the kitchen table. We were handy to our destinations, bearing in mind that people in LA do not provide estimates to locations in distance, they do so in time to get there. LA drivers are something else. Watch out for that. You need eyes on all sides of your head at all times. So, I had seen that there were some negative comments folks make about the condo, and sure, it is not perfect, but it is great value, and I have no hesitation in recommending it, particularly with that excellent host, Andre, who cannot do enough for you. He is the penultimate gentleman, very accommodating, which is appropriate since he is providing accommodation :) As for those negative comments, okay, be aware that some folks have honest discontentment, which is to be expected for any place you stay. If you are put off by what they say, don't stay, but I believe that if you do stay there, you'll be glad you did. I was.

Recommend this lovely apartment

We had a lovely time here. Great views, close to the Beverly Centre, Trader Joes and Coffee Bean. The building has great facilities such as the pool, gym, laundry etc. Andre is so helpful and welcoming, nothing seems too much trouble. It was very clean and we had all we needed to cook in the well decked out kitchen. We met some really nice neighbours and it has a car park which is needed in LA. We loved it here and would recommend it to a couple or small family.

UK family stay. Had a great time here.

We have just finished a weeks stay at this apartment. Everything went smoothly thanks to the great assistance and communication the owner provided. The place is in a fantastic location next to the Beverly shopping centre with parking. It was clean and comfortable and we would certainly stay here again. I must admit that I was originally slightly put off by the pictures of the blue 80's style bathroom, however all of the other of the rooms including a 2nd bathroom are modern and up to date. This bathroom is still clean / functional and not at all as bad as it looks in the pictures. The pool is nice on site and we'll maintained. The gym is small and poor on site but there is a gym not far away. The Internet connection is pretty good. I would recommend this place.
