The Space:
The quiet condo with meadow views and steps away from the private beach are a vacation dream. Enter on a covered porch, to keep winter and summer gear, and step through the door. The first bedroom downstairs has twin beds with a connecting bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The master suite is also downstairs and has a fireplace, king bed, connecting bathroom with shower and bathtub, and leads to one of the back decks facing the meadow. The upstairs opens up to the open floor, third bedroom, and bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed and an attached bedroom room with a twin bed. This is more of a half bedroom than a full bedroom. You have to walk through the third bedroom to get to this bedroom. However, it does have a door for privacy. The bathroom is not connected to the bedroom and has a shower. There is Wi-Fi internet and a smart television in the living room to watch your favorite app subscriptions. The living room also has a fireplace and leads to the upper second deck with a gas grill and outdoor dining set.

We do not allow rentals to groups under the age of 25 years old!! We require a copy of the primary renter’s driver’s license as proof of 25 years or older, per Douglas County VHR Code. 


 


 Side Note: Like most homes at Lake Tahoe, there is no air conditioning in the home. Fans are provided.

Fire/Smoke Season can affect air quality. Please review our cancellation policy as we do not provide refunds due to air quality. 
 

Please Note: The townhouse is in a condo association. Each unit is individually owned and managed. Therefore, we do not create the HOA rules and guidelines. Please read and follow the HOA and county rules. They are enforced by the HOA and Douglas County. 

 

All renters are to check in with the HOA office at arrival to a stamp on the County Parking Pass, which is e-mailed before arrival. The parking pass must be on the driver's side dash. 

 
Parking: Each PineWild unit is guaranteed one parking spot. Additional cars can park at nearby parking garages or lots. Garages and lots may charge an overnight fee.
Notification to Renters: You will be issued a parking permit which they must display on the driver’s side dashboard of your vehicle and “failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle”. 
THIS IS NOT A SKI IN/SKI OUT HOME. Distance to Heavenly is about 10-15 min away.
