A modern and remodeled condo with a partial view of Lake Tahoe in a private gated community awaits your next vacation. Experience Lake Tahoe with the ease of beach access and a short drive to the ski resort. Relax on the top deck soaking in the views of Sierra mountains and Lake Tahoe, or take a serene walk to the private community beach, or play tennis in the community courts in the woods.

Enter on a covered porch, to keep winter and summer gear, and step through the door. The first bedroom downstairs has a queen bed with a connecting bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The primary suite is also downstairs with king bed, connecting bathroom with shower and bathtub, and leads to one of the back decks facing the beach. The upstairs opens up to the open floor, third bedroom with full size bunk beds, and bathroom. The bathroom is not connecting to the bedroom and has a shower. There is Wi-Fi, and a smart television in the living. The living room also has a wood burning fireplace and leads to the upper second deck with a gas BBQ grill and outdoor lounge set. There is a JLB Bluetooth Speaker and mini ping pong/pool/table hockey game in the living room. There are several board games and puzzles in the living room and upstairs bedroom closet.

Parking: This PineWild unit is guaranteed one parking spot.
You will be issued a parking permit which they must display on the driver’s side dashboard of your vehicle and “failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle”. 

NO BACHELOR PARTIES OR BACHELORETTE PARTIES!

We do not allow rentals to groups under the age of 25 years old!! We require a copy of the primary renter’s driver’s license as proof of 25 years or older, per Douglas County VHR Code. 


No Air Conditioning: Like most homes at Lake Tahoe, there is no air conditioning in the home. Fans are provided.

HOA Note: The townhouse is in a condo association. Each unit is individually owned and managed. Therefore, we do not create the HOA rules and guidelines. Please read and follow the HOA and county rules. They are enforced by the HOA and Douglas County. 

THIS IS NOT A SKI IN/SKI OUT HOME. Distance to Heavenly is about 10-15 min away.
Your designated 24-hour local contact person for any rental issues is Brandon.

I loved everything about that property! It had private access to the lake, the property is gated and surrounded by beautiful pine trees. The apartment was really functional, it had everything needed. It was clean and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. I will definitely stay there again with our family.

Perfect family condo to make great memories!

Worked out beautifully for our large family group. Plenty of space and entertainment for all. Wonderful amenities, very clean and updated. Open floor plan, rooms were spacious, felt very comfortable. Great communication for check-in/out. Small hiccup after but was resolved quickly. Would stay here again!

Great place with great views!

This vacation home was just what we needed - great furniture for relaxing, lots of games/puzzles, kitchen stocked with all the appliance essentials, and above all great lake views! The home was clean, spacious, and is a quick walk down to the pier. Can’t wait to go back!

Best location on the lake!

Pinewild is an amazing place with private beach. The condo is updated, clean and is well stocked! Will definitely be coming back next year!

Christmas Stay

My family enjoyed this property, it was very clean and very comfortable. Brandon the property manager always responded and make our arrival very easy. My only suggestion is to add a tv in the master bedroom. We would definitely would rent this property again and discussed renting it next time in the summer.

Beautiful Tahoe Condo

We rented the condo for a long weekend for our daughters wedding. So very well stocked. We loved that it was pet friendly. We got snowed in and we’re able to extend our stay for an additional day. Brandon was so helpful with our stay. Will definitely go again.

Beautiful and secluded location, not far from downtown SLT

We had a quite and relaxing stay here. The location was quite and within walking distance from the beach. It does require a short drive to arrive to downtown, but not being in the middle of traffic and people is worth it. The updated kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots/pans/bowls/etc that would be needed to feed 8 people! This was the biggest plus for our family get together! Thanks!

Beautiful Location, Condo dirtyness

The location was beautiful. Short distance to the private beach. Community was clean and quiet. Condo was ok. It needs to be cleaned. Trash was still in the trash cans. Refrigerator was dirty, worn out towels, walls in dining/ kitchen area was dirty. The kitchen drawers had food crumbs. Used bar soap in showers. Bedroom smelled like dog pee that was covered up with room freshener. A lot of potential.

Needs deep cleaning

The location of the condo was very nice and quiet. The only negative thing is the condo smells of urine throughout. Especially the lower level where the master bedroom and bathroom are located. The master bathroom is the worst. The sinks, shower, and toilet smelled so horrible that it made me and family feel nauseous. My husband has asthma and the dander and urine gave him bad attacks. I emailed management the day we checked in about the smell, but no one responded to me. I messaged the host, Brandon, to inform of the smell. He was very nice and very apologetic. Unfortunately, there was nothing that could be done. We ended up only coming back at night just to sleep. We checked out early at 8am on our last day.

Perfect retreat!

We were looking for a lake vacation and this place provided the perfect space for one. A short drive to the city with great restaurants and shopping or stay put in this comfy home with everything you need, including just a short walk to the beach. It's clean, well appointed and looks just like the photos. Easy and super quick communication just added to the experience. Thank you!
