Explore the resort facilities with our private golf cart or enjoy the privacy of the Villa by preparing a cocktail in the outdoor bar or relaxing at the plunge pool.

This private house has 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, one air conditioner unit that cools the entire house and one a/c unit on each room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, dedicated laundry space with washer and dryer, spacious outdoor patio with rustic bar and outdoor kitchen, fully furnished terrace with two lounge areas to drink your coffee in the morning or to enjoy a meal with family and friends; and lastly a beautiful plunge pool with a waterfall and chaise lounge chairs to take the sun. ** In case of a power outage, our guests will still have power as we have a 16kw generator that will turn on automatically in case the power goes down. **

KITCHEN + DINING AREA + LIVING ROOM
This open space concept with beach vibes decor will leave you wanting to live in the Caribbean all year long. When you enter the house, you come across a spacious fully equipped kitchen with an island bar that accommodates up to 4 people. As part of the kitchen amenities, you will find high quality cookware and tableware. Next, you will find the dining table that seats up to 6 people. At the end of the open space, you will find the living area with a 65" 4k Curved Smart TV with access to streaming applications. This is the perfect spot for a cozy game night or a movie night. From this area you have access to the outdoor patio.

BEDROOMS
The bedrooms were all beautifully decorated to blend seamlessly with the beach relaxing vibes of the house. All bedrooms have a/c units and ceiling fans. The master bedroom features a king size Rustic Canopy Bed, smart 46" Smart TV, small workspace area with a floating desk, closet and drawer space and a private bathroom. The second room has a queen-size bed, a workspace area with a desk, closet and drawer space. The third room with minimalistic decor also features a queen size bed with only part of the closet space (one section of the closet is closed and not available for guest use). And the fourth room has 2 twin size beds, a wall mounted 32" Smart TV and small seating area; this room has no closet space (the closet area is not available for guest use).

OUTDOOR KITCHEN/BAR + PLUNGE POOL
You can choose to relax in the Outdoor area, either by sinking in the plunge pool, taking a nap in the hammock, taking the sun in the chaise lounge chairs or drinking your coffee in the patio. But you can also have an exciting time by cooking at the outdoor kitchen grill, making cocktails at the Bar, watching a concert on the Smart TV located at the Bar area or have an outdoor game night. The possibilities are many; you will never run out of things to do!

ENJOYING PALMAS DEL MAR
Once you are ready to explore the beautiful landscapes and amenities the community has to offer, you can hop in your golf cart and drive around. You will have access to various beaches, the Pterocarpus forest, a variety of exquisite restaurants, shops, a market, a bank and much more. The Palmas del Mar resort community offers other facilities that require a one-time fee for guests, such as access to 2 championship golf courses, a tennis center, equestrian center or a day pass to enjoy the pool of the Wyndham Palmas Beach & Golf Resort. Prices and availability for tee times and tennis court reservations can be accessed by reaching out to the Palmas Athletic Club. The hotel day pass is subject to their availability and can be booked by accessing the platform Resort Pass. *Tropical Oasis reservations do not include any type of passes or reservations to the above-mentioned facilities*

Perfect rental

My family of 8 (ages ranging from 7-21 for kids) stayed here for 8 nights. The house was beautiful and perfect for everyone. We used the golf cart so much and drove directly to the ocean multiple times. The restaurants and stores on the facility grounds were good and we even hit up the farmers market one morning for fresh locally grown produce. Everywhere we did venture out to was more northern so the driving was a bummer. The pool was more like a bathtub in size which was the only real negative about the house. The two younger kids went into it once but it really wasn’t big enough or deep enough to actually swim or have multiple ppl in it. Host was so quick to respond to any questions about the house and the area.

Great place!!

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this home. It felt like our home away from home. We selected this home Great location! Neighbors were great. Quiet neighborhood. Loved the option of having a golf car to explore the area and going to the beach. We had a chance to check out the farmers market. Everyone one was nice and courteous. Very easy to get to the supermarket, gas stations and pharmacies. Our host, Gabriela, was wonderful! Great communications with her. Promptly answered our messages, offered suggestions of things to do. No issues with communication. She checked in to make sure everything was good. We were there to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Paramedic, and it was wonderful! Thank you Gabriela for your great hospitality! We will definitely be back!

Palmas del Mar Beach & Resort in the #1 vacation spot in Puerto Rico and includes over 7 restaurants (some with spectacular ocean views), casino, equestrian ranch, golf court, tennis court, market, boutique, skate park, access to reserve boat trips to the beautiful islands of Vieques & Culebra (which has one of the 10 top most spectacular beaches in the entire world). You will have everything you want and need to have the best vacation time at Palmas Del Mar in Puerto Rico. The Resort is about 10 minutes drive from the Natural Reserve of Humacao where you may rent bikes, kayaks or just take a walk throughout the Reserve.
