It has 3200 square feet of pure luxury located within the most exclusive areas of the Resort. Casa Las Olas Tranquilas is the perfect home for the whole family. It has 5 bedrooms plus Den with 3.5 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, and game room. Pool with outdoor dining areas, lounge chairs. Full Generator.

Holiday vacation

We spent Christmas week here and had a wonderful time, despite some hiccups that were totally unavoidable. The property was as described, including a whole house generator, which did come in handy on a few occasions. Maria was readily available and very helpful

The host was amazing. This was our 3rd stay in Puerto Rico, but first time staying at this specific house. Maria was very responsive and helpful to every question I had. The house was so beautiful and a perfect fit for our group of 11.

Maria's property was quiet, secluded but close enough to some great beaches and for taking day trips around Puerto Rico. Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing Puerto Rico Vacation

We rented this property of our family vacation. The house is as pictured, plenty of room for 7 adults. Six bedrooms and three bathrooms was perfect. It’s an hour from the airport so you will need a rental car which allowed us to explore the eastern side of the island. I highly recommend: driving to Fajardo for the Bio Bay; take a boat over to Icacos and spend the day in the water; go horseback riding on the beach. Maria was extremely responsive and provided great recommendations. If I would rent this house again if we go back to PR for another vacation.

Extended Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay but I will say the pool was not maintained properly. We never used the pool at the house because it had green algae growing on the sides and stuff at the bottom and top floating. Luckily we had a different pool that we went to everyday. We enjoyed the house but if you need a house with a pool I would not recommend this one.

Peaceful family reunion

The house was beautiful and located in a peaceful area. We especially enjoyed the pool and the nearby beach (though it was too doughy for swimming). Communication with the property manager was excellent during the visit- we had an issue with the pool which was addressed the next day. As I think other reviewers pointed out, the house is a bit removed from shopping centers and about an hour from San Juan but that worked out fine for us.

Wonderful amenities

The house layout was great for our party of 12. A couple of indoor living areas and large kitchen gave everyone their own space. The kitchen was very well equipped! The kids loved finding geckos, toads and hermit crabs on the property. At night, the sounds of nature filled the house! Easy access to the Wyndham resort with golf and the beach. The boys found a ton of living sand dollars in the ocean Make sure to ask for the junior rate if the kids golf and get request guest passes from the host.

Nice Stay

Overall stay was nice. There were a couple of things that I was able to address with the Host. The Host was great very responsive when we needed anything. The house was nice and the location was very quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood wasn’t to friendly but I have an ideal on why that was. We enjoyed our stay. It was a little further than what we had anticipated but that is on us. The views were nice from the house and the house had plenty of room for our Family. Would return but would like to stay a little closer to San Juan since traffic is really bad. Thanks for having us at your home.

Family Thanksgiving

Our stay at Casa Las Olas Tranquilas was wonderful. House was just as depicted. Plenty of room for the nine of us. Beds were comfortable and pillows were great…. It’s the little things. Kitchen was set up well with pretty much everything we needed to cook. Pool was nice and having floats available was a plus. Walk to beach was quick but definitely not a great swimming area. Tides were very strong. Found a lot of Seaglass though. Any issus we had were quickly addressed by Maria. Definitely recommend Chef Roberto Castro if looking for a private chef. His meal was an authentic Puerto Rican cuisine and was delicious.

Pleased!!

Beautiful location within a golf and country club community. Felt safe and was convenient to restaurants and shops. Very responsive owner and went above and beyond to make our stay greatly and accommodate our group. We had a group of 10 women and all slept very comfortably. The pool is beautiful!

The house was beautiful, Maria was great super responsive to any questions. Check in was easy. Just an fyi the beach isn’t the best specially for kids to swim in but wonderful to walk n admire the view! Overall we had a wonderful time!! Would definitely book again! Thanks Maria!

Highly Recommend

Our family ranging from 87 to children under the age of two enjoyed the house. There was something for everyone to enjoy in the house and location. Absolutely, beautiful. Maria, the property manager, was wonderful and was extremely helpful when our plane was delayed 10hours and I needed to call her at 1am. Thanks Maria for your help!! The house definitely made up for the delay. I definitely recommend.

Luxurious tropical getaway

Simply breathe taking. It is a Perfect dream vacation home that accommodated three couples and our children. From the warm greetings at the entrance of the development to the inviting allure of the home. Spacious bedrooms, open floor plan of the first floor that flowed gracefully from the living room to the kitchen that opens up to the amazing view of the pool. It was an absolute dream to have stayed in Casa las olas. We hope to be back soon to enjoy the house again.

We rented this place for the weekend with 10 adults and we loved it. The location was great especially being that it was a gated community and everything you need was within a 7 minute car ride. The pool was amazing at night considering we spent all day in the hot day in the hot sun. I highly recommend this place for a adult family looking for rest and relaxation!
