The kitchen is great - we cooked 5 days/week. The building is phenomenal - the gym, pool, mall area. I was in Miami for a month and staying at The Grand was the best part of my trip.❤️"

Our property enjoys a prime location in the vibrant neighborhood of Edgewater, overlooking the picturesque Biscayne Bay. An 8-minute scenic drive, covering a distance of 3 miles via the causeway, will lead you to South Beach. Lyft or Uber presents a convenient transportation choice when navigating Miami, and you can readily access complimentary public transportation like the Trolley and Miami Metromover. We highly recommend utilizing the nearby Miami Metromover for your travel needs.

At The Grand, valet service stands as the sole parking option if you are staying for less than 21 days. If you are staying 21 days or more, we can set you up with residential parking:
*** $160 fee for one parking spot for entire duration of your stay (only for reservations 21 days or longer). Parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in.

***Parking for reservations less than 21 days- Opt to pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48.

Please note that the valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Should your vehicle exceed this height restriction, your only recourse would be to seek limited street parking with metered alternatives. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area.

Furthermore, within our retail lobby, you'll find an Enterprise rental car company, providing added convenience for your transportation needs.

After you reserve the apartment, you must send us copies of ALL adults (16 yrs of age and older) drivers licenses or passports for building registration. All documents must be legible.
21 years of age and older to book, no exceptions as these are building requirements.
***Please note that depending on your length of stay, a full building application for residency is required upon booking. Application requirements are, but not limited to former residency, employment status, SSN, references, and other personal details. Building application must be filled out within 24 hours after the booking is confirmed.

OCCUPANCY RULES
Building Management has strict occupancy rules. 4 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 3 children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Please make sure your total number of adult guests reflects your reservation and the building requirement

NO SMOKING
No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the condo only. Smoking is permitted on balcony with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking guest will be charged the whole amount of security deposit.

CHECK IN
Check in is strictly 4pm to 10pm and it is done by us and building. If your flight is delayed and if you are coming after 10pm we have to be notified immediately.

CHECK OUT
The check-out is 11am.

LUGGAGE STORAGE
Luggage storage is possible with a bellman that can hold your luggage for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. Please plan you arrival and departure times accordingly.

MISSING DEVICES FROM APARTMENT
If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item.

LOST ITEMS
We are not responsible for any items left behind. Please make sure to check that you have removed all personal belongings at departure.

LOST KEYS
In case you loose the key of the apartment, it will be charged $100 per set.

PARKING RULES
*** $160 fee for one parking spot for entire duration of your stay. Parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in.
*** If you wish to park more than one vehicle, parking fee for each additional vehicle is $250 per month
*** $48 daily valet fee is also available and you pay directly to building each day.

BUILDING RULES
-VISITORS AND GUESTS ONLY PERMITTED FOR RESERVATIONS THAT ARE 28 DAYS OR LONGER. NO VISITORS ALLOWED FOR ANY RESERVATIONS SHORTER THAN 28 DAYS. RESULTS OF UNREGISTERED GUESTS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUND.

A classic case of bait and switch...DONT BOOK A COZY MANAGED PROPERTY
Except for the physical location of the building, there is nothing at all whatsoever consistent with the property as it is represented on Vrbo.  The photos of the property, along with the description are clearly for a completely different and less appealing condo.  Upon our arrival, we spent nearly 4-hours trying to get access to the unit, however, building security would not let us up since we had not been added to the building security system by Cozy. We had been given two phone numbers for people from Cozy, which neither answered when called - one had no voicemail setup and the other never responded to any of the many messages left by myself and building security.  When we finally gained access, it was for a completely different unit number than the one reflected in all of the communications from COZY and upon entering the unit it was clear if was not the unit represented in the photos on Vrbo - different layout, different amenities, different decor and different view. Everything about this unit was of a significantly lesser quality than the one we booked. When we confronted Jay from COZY, which manages the property, he more or less ignored this repeated concern, responding "When it comes to the unit, we have different units in the building. What is wrong with your current unit?". We sent him a list of issues to which he promised to have addressed by one of his technicians, but they never were.   The issues didn't end there.  The unit was dirty, the microwave door randomly popped open, the patio door didn't close completely, and the thermostat stopped working one night, causing the temperature to rise to 82 degrees before a technician came to fix it. Finally, at the time of this post, the property photos have been updated to another unit, which is also not the unit that we stayed in. There is clearly something deceptive about this company and they should almost certainly be blocked from renting on Vrbo.

From check in to check out this was a great property to stay at. The unit was clean, and beautiful with a great view. Jay and his staff were very accommodating, I would recommend this property to anyone as well as stay here on my next trip down to Miami.
