Sleeping accommodations are thoughtfully arranged across three bedrooms. Two bedrooms â one with a king bed and one with a queen bed â offer direct access to the balcony, while the third enclosed bedroom features two single beds. PARKING
*** $200 fee for one parking spot for entire duration of your stay. Parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in.
*** Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to park more than one vehicle, parking fee for each additional vehicle is $200 per month, subject to availability. Advance notice is required if you need parking.
*** $48 daily valet fee is also available and you pay directly to building each day.
Please note that the valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Should your vehicle exceed this height restriction, your only recourse would be to seek limited street parking with metered alternatives. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area.
