Getting Around:
Lyft or Uber presents a convenient transportation choice when navigating Miami, and you can readily access complimentary public transportation like the Trolley and Miami Metromover. We highly recommend utilizing the nearby Miami Metromover for your travel needs.
At The Grand, valet service stands as the sole parking option if you are staying for less than 21 days. If you are staying 21 days or more, we can set you up with residential parking:
*** $160 fee for one parking spot for entire duration of your stay (only for reservations 21 days or longer). Parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in.
***Parking for reservations less than 21 days- Opt to pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48.
Please note that the valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Should your vehicle exceed this height restriction, your only recourse would be to seek limited street parking with metered alternatives. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area.
Furthermore, within our retail lobby, you'll find an Enterprise rental car company, providing added convenience for your transportation needs.

BOOKING RULES
After reserving the apartment, you are required to provide legible copies of government-issued IDs or passports for all adults aged 15 or older for building registration.
The minimum age to book is 21, with no exceptions as per building requirements.
Third-party bookings are not allowed unless agreed in advance with StayCozy. If you are booking on behalf of others, please let us know before completing your reservation.
Depending on the length of your stay, the building may also require a full residency application within 24 hours of booking, which could include prior residency, employment details, social security number, references, and other personal information.
Please note that our photos represent examples of units within the building. While furnishings and finishes may vary, the quality and aesthetic will always be consistent with the images shown. Because our apartments are part of the Grand Building and occasionally in rotation, minor differences may occur.
Cancellations and refunds are only possible in specific circumstances. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to flight delays, illness (including Covid), funerals, bad weather, or other unexpected events outside our control. A refund or reschedule will only be provided if an official state of emergency is declared in Miami-Dade County or if a mandatory evacuation is ordered. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially if your booking falls during hurricane season between June and November.
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced by building management. A maximum of four adults aged 15 or older and three children are allowed per unit. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, the entire security deposit will be forfeited.
Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and late arrivals must be communicated immediately. Check-out is at 11 AM. If needed, luggage can be stored with the bellman before or after your stay for $3 per suitcase.
Parking is available at a cost of $160 per stay for one vehicle, and requests must be made within 24 hours of booking. Each additional vehicle is $250 per month. Daily valet parking is available at $48, payable directly to the building. To ensure proper registration, parking details, IDs, and payments must be submitted by 2 PM Monday through Friday. If documents are submitted after hours or on weekends, valet parking must be used until the office reopens.
Guests are welcome to receive packages during their stay, but delivery dates must fall within the reservation period. The unit number will be provided 24 hours before arrival. We cannot assume responsibility for packages arriving before or after your stay.
Any missing remotes, streaming devices, or similar items will result in a charge of $100 per item. We are not responsible for personal belongings left behind, so please ensure you take everything with you at check-out.
Please be aware that the building is undergoing renovations. Construction may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential pool is closed for repairs; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. Additionally, we have secured a limited number of daily passes to the Marriott Hotel pool, which will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be returned after each use.
Finally, if you purchase the Waivoâą Security Deposit Waiver, it will replace the traditional deposit and cover damages or theft up to $1,500, subject to specific exclusions and conditions. This waiver does not replace insurance but provides an alternative to a refundable deposit. Full terms are provided in your agreement.
