Cobwebs throughout the cabin, mixed-to-poor comms.
We were excited about staying at this cabin. 4 days prior to, we emailed the Property Mgmt Co [i.e.- Tahoe Signature Properties, TSP] to ask if a slightly later check-out the morning of our departure was possible... no reply.
We arrived for our 3-day stay, called TSP the following morning & left a VM msg to again request a slightly later check out for our departure in 2 days (11am or even 10:30 instead of 10am). Received a call back & was told that another party was checking in (@4pm) the day we were leaving but the individual at TSP said they'd check to see if the cleaners could start at one of the other properties that morning. Said individual promised to call us back shortly to let us know either way... no call back.
We called TSP the next morning since we still hadn't heard back & again requested an extension of 30-to-60 mins for our check out the next day. A different individual at TSP said that shouldn't be a problem as no one else was checking in the following day but they'd need to sync w/ the cleaners to tell them to show up at 10:30 or 11am instead (& would call us back).
Uhh, ok, conflicting messages from one day to the next. This time, 3rd attempt btw, we did hear back from TSP & the answer was "no, unfortunately check out has to be at 10am".
Ok, it is what it is, but when we're paying hundreds (3+) for the cleaning fee we'd expect there to not be cobwebs throughout the cabin which there were... MANY! We took pics but can't upload. Unfortunate. :(
