A rustic eight-person table adjacent to the kitchen is the perfect place to enjoy dinner together!

The home features an open concept upper floor between the kitchen, dining room, and living room area with a walk out back deck. Also on the upper floor is the primary king ensuite with a sofa sleeper for additional guests. Downstairs includes a queen bedroom and two full beds in the third bedroom, laundry area, hall bathroom, and access to the two car garage.

Ski, beach, shopping and dining are ultra-convenient at this North Lake Tahoe chalet! You're a six-block walk to dog-friendly Kings Beach State Park - voted Tahoe's best beach - and an easy hop to the ski slopes. Try your slopes skills at nearby Northstar, Alpine Meadow, Palisades Tahoe, Diamond Peak, and Mount Rose! Kids will love the Tahoe Vista Regional Park (within walking/biking distance of the chalet) for its Frisbee Golf, tennis courts, ball fields, and winter snowmobile rentals.

Location:
Venture out to the local ski spots like Northstar (7 miles away) and Palisades Tahoe and Alpine Meadows (15 miles away). On a summer day, you will be only a few minutes from beautiful lake beaches.

Parking:
Parking is available for 4 cars total. 2 in garage and 2 in driveway. All cars must park in the garage or on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
