Cozy bungalow style home is situated on a sunny and quiet lot. The open floor plan is greeted with morning sun and leads to a deck that is wonderful for entertaining or just enjoying a cup of tea.

Also off of the deck, is a Hot Tub to enjoy day/night and during each season.

BBQ - Available between Memorial Weekend thru October (weather permitting)

The bright loft overlooks the open living area. Enjoy working from home in the well-lit office.

The property comes with 2 spaces in the driveway. The house sits on a nice lot with a large back yard.

Shopping and dining are available in the community as well as surrounding communities.

Summer Guests: The home is approx. 5 blocks from Patton Beach. Water craft rental is available within 3-5 miles from the home.

Winter Guests: In winter, the home is centrally located between Northstar, Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows Ski Resorts. Tahoe City Cross Country Ski area is about 4 miles from the home and there is snow play area approx. 2 miles from the home.

POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
1. Maximum Day Time & Nighttime Occupancy is 8, excluding children under two (2) years of age. Sleeping Arrangements for 8.
2. Parking for 5 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.

First time using VRBO in Tahoe

The home itself is located in a quiet neighborhood and ideal for our needs. The check in process was easy, house was clean, and it had everything we needed. The hot tub worked well and was a definite plus. Property manager was prompt with communication and we had a great time. Would definitely stay here again.

Very cozy property

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Everything was as described in the listing. The location was very convenient to local businesses, yet we could still hear the coyotes singing their song (howling) in the middle of the night. That alone made it feel like we were in a remote location, but we weren’t. We all felt very refreshed and recharged spending a few days away from our city life and highly recommended this property.

Great cabin!

The property itself is really nice, well equipped, warm and plenty of comfortable space. The hot tub was great too! The property manager however was less than good. Their communications are a long list of things they won’t do or provide and could use a positive spin when people are booking their vacation and they make you sign a bunch of redundant paperwork outside of VRBO. Also the access code was incorrect which delayed entry.

Nice area. House was 'ok'

Liked the area. The home was clean and fairly comfortable. Nice outdoor space on the deck. House could use some basic maintenance: faucets and handles need tightening (spinning loose); kitchen sink faucet handle broken; screen door upstairs busted; overhead light in 1 upstairs bedroom continues to glow at night even when switched off; towel rack wiggling out of wall. Nothing big, just lots of little things.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the location is what makes this place great! Good sized spaces for a family, decent furnishings and nice bright daylight. It seemed like some of the construction (the deck) was a work in progress. There was debris, boards with nails, and broken lawn furniture in the yard. The dishwasher was broken and leaked water into the kitchen. The house was well stocked - but no access to the garage was minorly inconvenient.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The fixtures in the bathroom sink was broken. The shower curtain was torn and crisp from wear it did not fit over the tub. The blinds and some of the screens needed to be repaired. Coffee pot European style expresso style we are not in europe. The deck was nice but needed a paint job. Except for the kitchen countertops the kitchen needs an update. The furrnitue was okay.

Not enough plates/glasses for a group of seven. No wine glasses. No pot holders. Largest frying pan is badly warped. Given rental volume would look for other options in the future.

Perfect Birthday weekend

Nice property in a beautiful neighborhood. Perfect setup for my wife’s 50th birthday with friends. We comfortably slept 7. Enjoyed the hot tub also.
