Les unités 206/208 de la copropriété Purcell sont situées au Kimberley Alpine Ski and Golf Resort. Vous pouvez skier directement au télésiège quadruple principal depuis la porte d'entrée. Trois minutes en voiture du spectaculaire parcours de golf de Trickle Creek. Cinq minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Kimberley, qui présente un thème bavarois - de grands magasins et de nombreuses activités communautaires sur la charmante place de la ville (le Platzl).
L'unité est une chambre d'hôtel unique de deux chambres pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 9 adultes. Cela comprend un lit double dépliant dans le salon. Il y a une cuisine bien équipée, deux salles de bain avec douches, TV grand écran. Des casiers à ski / club de golf sécurisés et un local à vélos sont disponibles. Buanderie centrale dans la zone commune. L'espace commun comprend également une salle de loisirs avec cheminée, télévision et jeux.

Kimberley with Friends

The property is very well located and is truly a ski in/out stay. The condo was neat and tidy and very well-equipped, as well as being both comfortable and quiet. We stayed for four nights and had a great time! Thanks!

Location was wonderful. Easy access to main lift. Great storage for equipment. Property was spacious. Would have been nice to know that the hot tub was out of order but did utilize the sauna, game room and community bbq. Not sure property was vaccuumed prior.

True Ski in / Ski out

Very comfortable stay at this property. It was exactly as expected and just steps away from the main ski lift. Kitchen was spacious and great for all of our meal prep and clean up. Would definitely stay again.

Large spacious unit beside the ski hill.

Large apartment with fully equipped kitchen and two large bedrooms, perfect for a family. Large games room off main floor lobby Easy check process and host was very responsive. Unfortunately, hot tub for the building was under repair, outside of control of host. Would highly recommend.

Golf Trip

Traveled to Kimberley for a golf vacation. The Purcell Condos were conveniently located to the coarses we were playing at. Our condo unit had AC which was greatly needed as the temperature was above 30 all four days we were there. The unit was comfortable and we enjoyed the pool.

Good vacation

We loved the pool and hot tub! Well kept and clean! We had to ask another resident for hot tub entry code as it was not initially provided. Everything we needed in kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Spacious accommodation for 5 of us. Unfortunately we found lots of long black hairs in one shower and air conditioning was great upon our entry into the units, but did not blow cold air at times. The communal BBQs where not clean. My husband spent 1.5 hours cleaning them. The smaller BBQ was not functioning. Thank you to the hosts for our stay. We enjoyed our time.

Great stay in Kimberley!

Came here for a family ski trip. The condo had lots of space for us (2 adults & 2 kids) and could accomodate 6 people easily. Clean, comfortable, and perfectly positioned on the ski hill. The hot tub is currently closed (awaiting approval by BC Health after renovations) but we were made aware ahead of our stay. We still enjoyed the sauna though, and the kids loved the air hockey table and foosball table in the common room. Would definitely stay here again!

Not as Advertised

Not a very good start to our stay when we arrived and the unit hadn't been cleaned. Then had to wait outside while the cleaners showed up and did their thing. Once we were in, the pool and hot tub were closed (waiting for a permit was the excuse we got). This would have been nice to know before booking and paying the fees - soaking in the hot tub after skiing all day is what you look forward to. So if it's not available, then that should have been stated in the VRBO ad. Lastly, and it's not a huge thing, but the instructions from the owner said there was a Tassimo coffee maker in the unit. We purchased a bunch of pods and there was no Tassimo to be found. Maybe the owners should update their instructions. It's too bad our VRBO experience left a bad impression (first one in over 10 years), because the location is perfect for skiing.

This condo is in a great location just a few steps from the hill for ski-in/ski-out access. Unfortunately when we arrived in the evening, there had not been any cleaning service following the previous group. Beds had dirty sheets, used towels in the bath tubs, garbage in waste baskets and dirty toilets. We were able to communicate with owner who directed us to find clean linens so we were able to change the beds ourselves. We were reassured that the following day the unit would be cleaned. The next day the dirty laundry was removed, but nothing else was cleaned (garbage left behind, dirty toilets) and we were never provided additional clean towels for replacement. We got overhead it, had a good weekend, but I would not recommend this unit.

Spacious and comfortable

Great place. Lots of room. Well equipped. Air conditioning in each room was critical during temperatures above 30 degrees celsius. We only book properties that have air conditioning when we visit in the summer. It would be unbearable without it. Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Getaway and Triathlon in Kimberley!

Great location on the hill. Nice walk or bike to the Platzl (though it's a big climb for little ones!). Unit was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The property has a nice grass area out back for BBQ'ing and a tennis court to play in on (great for kids when not in use). The pool and hot tub are currently out of commission, but not that's not the owner's fault. There's a lot of great lakes for swimming within a 45 minute drive to substitute (Lazy Lake, Wasa Lake, Haha Lake, Moyie Lake, etc.(!)), so no worries there! The swim rec centre in town is also great and has an indoor hot tub too. Unfortunately, we had to change our plans at the last minute and change our reservation from a week to a weekend, but the owner was very accommodating. We'd book here again.

Large unit for family - sleep up to 7

The unit consists of two separate units joined by a common door. the main unit has a kitchen, dining and living room, separate bedroom and full bath. The second unit has a sleeping area with several beds and full bath. The access to keys etc. is easy if you follow the instructions provided. The unit is clean and the beds comfortable. The pool was closed (summer 2021), which was not communicated at the time of booking.

Quiet and comfortable

Great place to stay! There were 5 of us, 2 grandparents, 2 kids (teenager and 10 year old) and an adult. Everyone liked it. Full kitchen and eating area which was spacious and access to a communal barbecue, all of which we used. The beds and pillows were perfect for everyone (one of the things that is difficult to find well of when sleeping away from home). The bathrooms were clean and appeared newly renovated. Towels available for everyone. The kids enjoyed using the tennis courts (we brought our rackets and balls). Unfortunately the swimming pool, hot tub and sauna were not available at this time. Owners replied to all of my inquiries in a courteous and timely manner. Highly recommend staying here. Quiet and pretty area.

We enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen was equipped with anything you could possibly need. Everything was very clean, great location. We felt very safe in this building. Owners were so amazing with quick reply. We will definitely recommend this property to others and stay here again if it’s available upon our next visit.

We chose this location because of the cozy feel of the town and its removal from the overly busy hills closer to Calgary.

The town is quite spectacular and unique because of the Bavarian theme. The ski hill is the most affordable and least busy hill in the Rockies. There are 5 golf courses within a 15 minute drive that rank among some of the most scenic in Canada. What else could you want?
