The space
Upon entry, the landing gives you access to a spacious living room for entertainment and comfort on the right. This living room will greet you with characteristic fireplace, this tastefully decorated room is ideal for winding down in the evenings.
The comfortable living room sofa extends into a sofa-bed should you require the additional bed. It faces the smart TV which gives you access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, BBC Iplayer and more. The open plan layout connects you with all the spaces of the downstairs so whether you are a group of 2 or 6, you'll have a social yet warm space.
The kitchen with modern appliances and equipped with essentials for your convenience is straight ahead and the staircase to the upstairs is on the left.
The ready-to-use kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge so that you can make the most of your stay. There is also a washing machine to make use of.
With access from the kitchen, the french double doors will welcome you to the spacious private garden, ideal if you enjoy stepping out for the fresh air.
Upstairs, the first door on the left is 4-piece suite bathroom, spacious and equipped with both a bath and a separate shower so you'll have the option of both during your stay.
Bedrooms:
With a window facing garden, the second bedroom is spacious and can easily room the comfy double bed with memory foam mattress, there is storage included in both rooms for clothing etc.
The main bedroom, at the front of the property, is large. Boasts another equally comfortable memory foam mattress. The 2 windows and make the room a bright and airy space. The wide radiator means that you can stay warm even during those cold days and nights.
You will have exclusive access to the entire house and garden. The access code that will be sent to you with joining instructions can be entered into the key lock box next to the front door, proving an easy and seamless check-in process.
Due to it's central location, please respect the proximity of the neighbours, particularly in regard to noise. There is on street parking on the road and surrounding zone available through a visitor parking permit (at £5 a day - capped at £20 maximum for stays of 5 nights or more).
