Welcome to a spacious 75 sqm apartment in the heart of the Old Town in Villefranche. The apartment, situated above one of the village’s best restaurants, accommodates five people and has an exciting floor plan.

The apartment has a lovely ceiling height, and to make optimal use of the height, a mezzanine, i.e., an upper floor with a ceiling height of 160 cm accessible via a ladder, has been built. The mezzanine has a sofa bed for two people and a few other furniture. From here, one has a view of the dining area for six people and the kitchen with windows facing the alley. This floor has a small “fence” with wide gaps. This area is not suitable for small children.

Below the mezzanine is a sofa, two armchairs, and a table. There is also a TV here.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one might need to prepare delicious meals.

From the living room, you enter a bedroom with a single bed (90 cm) and a work desk. From the bedroom, you can access a dressing room and the apartment's bathroom. You can also access a small bedroom with a double bed (140 cm).

At the entrance, there is also a small toilet.

You are close to restaurant life, shops, the market, the beach, and the sea.

If you want to explore more of the Riviera, the train station is only five minutes away. You can travel east towards Monaco and Italy or west towards Nice, Antibes, and Cannes. If you prefer to take the bus, the bus station is only a few minutes away.
