Bienvenue Ă  La Maison de Lauren !
Notre maison se situe au cƓur de la vieille ville de Villefranche Sur Mer, au bord de l'eau, avec une vue imprenable sur la Baie, la Chapelle Saint-Pierre, les restaurants, cafĂ©s et magasins Ă  quelques pas de notre porte : 10 minutes Ă  pied de la plage et 10 minutes Ă  pied de la gare vous donnant un accĂšs pratique Ă  Nice, Cannes, Monaco et l'Italie.
Au dernier étage d'un charmant immeuble de 3 étages, notre maison dispose d'un lit double et d'une salle de bains tandis que le loft ouvert peut accueillir 2 personnes supplémentaires avec leur propre salle de lavage et de douche. Faites comme chez vous avec une cuisine, un lave-linge, un lave-vaisselle et un mini-réfrigérateur.
Veuillez noter qu'une vérification du passeport et de la piÚce d'identité sera nécessaire avant l'enregistrement.

Fantastic location. The property was clean and had a good sized main bedroom with en-suite, kitchen and lounge. Upstairs is a pretty tight squeeze and has limited head height, but we managed.My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at the apartment and loved being so close to the sea front, old town and bars and restaurants.

Villefranche is amazing!!!

The location of this apartment is top notch. Easily sleeps family of four. Easy train access to Monaco and Nice (& the rest of the Riviera). Host communication was good and they were accomodating to our asks. Would (will) most likely come back again.

A beautiful spot and a beautiful stay

The pictures perfectly represented the apartment; it was light-filled, clean, and filled with amenities. The location could not have been more perfect, as is clear by the windows.Our host communicated with us in depth about the check-in process and even sent us videos on how to use the various keys. It was a wonderful stay and if I'm ever back, I'll be sure to stay again.

Second time staying at the property. Lightbulb was burned out in one bathroom so it was completely dark with the door shut. Was told that it would be replaced but it didn’t happen. Great location though.

Great location

A perfectly located apartment. Clean, fresh, welcoming with an amazing view of the bay. Only a couple of minor issues that if solved would have made the stay even better!! The beds weren't great, not very comfortable, with plastic sheeting. And one shower didn't drain. Otherwise - no complaints and would stay again.

Lovely, spacious proprty

This was our third stay in Villefranche. This apartment was spacious, light and quiet, and in a great location. Vanessa met us and covered all the essentials. We had no problems and very much enjoyed our stay. We do want to mention that there are steep stairs to get to this unit on the top floor.

This was a wonderful stay. The town is relaxed but fun. The property is walking distance to many great restaurants and 2 beautiful beaches. The stairs to the property were steep but to the loft were very easy. The beds were both comfortable

Great place to stay as long as you can do stairs
very tight, steep stairs. It was perfect for us because the views were spectacular and it was in the center of everything. You are close to the train, the beach and all the restaurants with a favorite right below your window! The apartment is clean and has 2 bathroom and a shower in the loft. The kitchen has everything you need and the clothes washer worked well with a drying rack available. There was a beach umbrella and towels to use and we left goggles for seeing fish. The water is so nice to swim in there. We had a lot of luggage so we Ubered to the airport but if you only had a little, the train could get you there WiFi worked great. Would stay there again!

Wonderful stay in Villefranche

This property worked brilliantly for our family of 4. The children had a separate bathroom and toilet. Adults had a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The location in Villefranche sur Met is excellent.

Comfortable flat in great position

The property was comfortable with air conditioning that coped well with the over 30 degree heatwave. We did not use the mezzanine, so not sure how well that works. Because there were only two of us, we had individual bathrooms, which were good. The flat is at the top of narrow staircase with bends in it, so you need to be ready for that. We cooked a couple of times and the facilities are fine, although there is no oven, just a microwave.

Amazing!!

We stayed for 10 nights in this gorgeous apartment in Villefranche-ser-mer and it was absolutely perfect! The apartment was spacious, beautifully styled, overlooked the Mediterranean Sea and was in a perfect location. The kitchen had everything you needed and honestly it was just the perfect holiday! We absolutely loved it!!

Beautiful views, great location

Wonderful property that provided our family with the necessary space and amenities (washing machine, dishwasher and two bathrooms). Two bedrooms/beds and a couch in common room for one of our kids to sleep on. Great location. Only issue would be lots of stairs (steep/narrow) so this would not be ideal for those with mobility issues. We enjoyed our 4 night stay.

Great apartment and location.

Lots of stairs to 3rd floor were hard on my old knees lugging luggage. My spouse is alergic to perfumes in the soap, but she washed all the towells and sheets immediately, which solved that problem.Despite that, the apartment was excellent and we would gladly return there..

I didn't know what to expect when we opened the door to our apartment building to find a narrow, steep staircase but the apartment itself was very bright and modern. The location is excellent with beautiful views and easy access to bars,restaurants,supermarket and public transport. We would all be happy to stay there again.

Ideally located

Very responsive communication with owner and his local agent was so much appreciated. The location of this unit at beachfront in Villafranche had a marvelous view and made eveerything accessible by walking, including beach, train station, multiple restaurants. The property was well equipped and most adequately furnished. All of the internal systems worked perfectly.

Fantastic!

Location is perfect. I had great communications with the host. The Host manager was welcoming and helpful. The apartment is lovely. The kitchen was great. And Villefranche is so beautiful. We walked to nearby towns easily. The beach is close. Train station is a few minute walk. There are restaurants with music across the street, which we enjoyed in the evenings. (They quiet down at a reasonable time and the windows are newer and block a lot of sound, if needed.) Would definitely stay there again.
