Situé dans le centre historique , cet appartement ensoleillé bénéficie d' une exposition exceptionnelle . De la terrasse , on peut contempler la rade et les jardins alentour . Dans les rues voisines , on trouve toutes sortes de commerces et de restaurants . La gare à 5mn à pied nous permet de rejoindre Nice en 4mn , Monaco en 15mn , Cannes en 25mn . La plage en 5mn à pied vous offre ses eaux limpides . Les musées de la ville vous ouvrent leurs portes . Les chemins côtiers vous offrent des promenades les pieds dans l'eau !!! Tous les sports nautiques sont à votre portée . La ville présente un patrimoine historique extrêmement riche ainsi que des propositions culturelles variées , fêtes nautiques , rassemblement de voiliers prestigieux , feux d'artifices , cinéma de plein air ....
L'appartement dispose de 2 chambres . la première avec un lit 140x190 , la seconde avec 2 lits de 90x190 dont 1 en mezzanine . La cuisine ouverte est équipée d'un four , d'un micro ondes , d'un lave vaisselle , d'un réfrigérateur , d'un grille pain , d'une cafetière et d'une bouilloire électriques . Une douche à l'italienne vous attend dans la salle de bain ainsi qu'une machine à laver le linge . Il y a un téléviseur dans le salon largement ouvert sur la baie . Sur la terrasse , une table et des chaises vous permettent de prendre vos repas à l'extérieur .

We had an incredible stay in this stunning apartment in Villefranche-sur-Mer. The view from the patio was amazing, perfect for breakfast/lunch or a glass of wine before heading out for the evening. The apartment was clean and is decorated nicely making it feel both special and homey.Everything we needed was provided, making for a convenient and stress-free stay. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Villefranche, with charming cafés, restaurants, and the train station just a short walk away. It was the perfect base for exploring nearby towns along the Riviera.The hosts were incredibly responsive and welcoming, adding a personal touch that made us feel right at home. We completely fell in love with Villefranche-sur-Mer and can’t wait to return. Highly, highly recommend this gem of a place!

Lovely stay, Excellent location

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. The apartment is cute and cozy and offers an amazing view. We felt like locals during our stay and the host made us feel welcomed and checked in throughout our stay. The area is safe and very quiet and within walking distance to bars, restaurants, the beach and the train and bus.

Gem of a place along the coast

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed. We were greeted upon arriving via train by our host, and she showed us the way up to our charming flat. Our week was nothing short of amazing and we will absolutely be back to visit soon!

Fantastic apartment

We absolutely loved our 7 night stay in this apartment in the quaint village of Villefranche-Sur-Mer. The flat is spacious and well-stocked with everything you might need. It is also in an excellent location with grocery shops and restaurants located within steps. Our favorite feature of the apartment was the balcony with amazing views of the port below. We loved watching the sunsets and the sunrises from our perch above the village. We hope to return some day!

This is an astounding historic apartment in Villefranche-Sur-Mer’s old town, complete with a deck looking out to the harbor. The owner is a talented decorator, and the overall setting and ambiance are so charming and quintessentially French. The apartment is up a flight of stairs, and the old town itself is on a steep hill, so make sure you pack lightly and are in shape. That said, this is the ultimate spot to stay with the flavor of the traditional Riviera.

The property was in the old town, close to restuarants, the beach and the trainline

We had a great stay, location in the old town is perfect for restaurants, the beach and the trainline, the flat is well lit with a nice balcony over looking the Villefranche harbour. It has a well equipped kitchen and any issues were dealt with quickly by the owner. We will be back.

Such a lovely Stay!

We loved our stay! Daniel was amazing at check in, even help carry in our luggage! told us where to eat, park and anything we asked. The place was pretty clean, the only suggestion was to maybe do a deep clean of the kitchen cupboards but eveything else was great. Ample towels and an incredible view from the balcony. We loved it.

Perfect location in old town of Villefranche sur Mer

We had two fantastic weeks in last part of May 2023. The location is perfect in old town, very quiet, wonderful view over the bay from the balcony. A very charming and rustic appartment, well equipped. Just a short walk to bakery, shop, beach, bus and train - and to a lot of good restaruants. We would love to come back!

Living the Dream

Our stay here in VFSM was magical. We loved being in the old town, which was scenic and very quiet. The view from the flat is fabulous, and on the balcony we enjoyed morning coffee and evening wine. Marie-Joelle’s taste in design is sophisticated yet homey with a touch of whimsy, and she is an excellent hostess. We’ll be back!

Fantastic location in the heart of Villefranche

Marie-Joelle's property is as the photos show - in the heart of the Villefranche old town with sensational views of the bay from the balcony. Although the property is an older villa, it is equipped with a modern walk-in shower and toilet, a good stove and oven and a comfortable bed - all the simple things that make for an easy, enjoyable stay. Marie-Joelle is also a wonderful, accommodating host. We relished our 2 week break in Marie-Joelle's apartment and will definitely be back!

Magnificent view, fantastic location

We had a brilliant stay at Marie-Joelle’s place. It has the most magnificent view and was right in the old town, close to loads of restaurants and small shops. There is a small supermarket nearby and a bigger Casino supermarket less than 10mins walk away. We went every morning to the boulangerie only 5 mins walk away. The beautiful beach was also 10 mins walk the other way and we went every day to swim and snorkel. The host was exceptionally responsive and accommodating to our every need - thank you so much! We wouldn’t hesitate to return. Be warned that there are A LOT of steps to climb in this area, which was fine for us, but you might struggle if mobility is an issue. Also, the 3rd bed is quite high up and accessed by ladders, which my 11year old loved, but an older adult would probably struggle with. The bus and train are also very easily accessed from this apartment, which we also used everyday. All in all, a fabulous stay and we can’t wait to return!

The apartment is in a terrific location in the heart of the old town. We loved the terrace with the great views of the water. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. It’s a comfortable apartment with everything we needed; but not a location for anyone with mobility issues due to multiple stairs leading to and steep stairs leading into the apartment. Couldn't choose a better place!

All aspects of our stay were fantastic! We were met by the owner who helped us park and was patient while we unloaded our baggage. The apartment is very charming, had everything we needed, and the view is amazing. You are right in the middle of shops and restaurants, yet are in the midst of a quiet residential area. The grocery is right around the corner and has everything one needs. The apartment is well stocked in the kitchen and the bathroom is comfortable. We made great use of the outdoor patio which is very romantic for two people. The lights of the boats add to the charm. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to return.

A bit of heaven by the sea

A wonderful warm and cozy flat, lovingly decorated by an artist, and ideally located on the quiet pedestrian paths in Villefranche's old town! Delicious restaurants, a casino supermarket, boulangerie, butcher, vegetable stand, et. al., are only steps away, and the sea (and train) a two to five minute walk. You will not find a more gracious hostess than Marie! She took time out of her day to walk us through the area and guide me to parking. A car is definitely optional, given the proximity to public transport. Truly a gem! Thank you, Marie!

Absolutely Wonderful

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was. We were met by Marie Joelle who helped us with our luggage. She had a chilled bottle of Rosé, water and olives in the refrigerator awaiting us. What a great way to start our vacation while sitting and enjoying the great view from our deck. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could possibly wish for and more. Coffee pods for the espresso machine and a fully stocked kitchen made us really feel at home. Truly the next thing is to figure out when to return to this wonderful bit of heaven in Villefranche. Thank you Marie Joelle for a great stay. 😀

Authentic apartment in the old center

Looking for an old and authentic apartment in the center of Villefranche-sur-Mer with a stunning view? This is it. The apartment is full of details and charm. And, the cherry on the cake is the view from the balcony. Nothing beats this view with a glass of rosé. Restaurants are on crawling distance and so is the beach and the train station. Other towns are a stones throw away. The apartment is well furnished and stocked. Plenty of kitchen appliances, cleaning products, coffee cups, towels, it was all there. The location convenience and authenticity cannot be beat. Were there any gripes? Sure, the bed was a bit too soft, can’t park the car anywhere near (it’s the old town), no airconditioning (but that’s only a problem in August), some of the beach utilities need replacement, hygiene was ok but overall cleanness needs improvement. Would we book again? Yes, but we would go outside of the hot season.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Cet appartement est une propriété de famille . Je l'avais décorée et meublée pour y recevoir mes amis . J'ai décidé d'en faire profiter des hôtes de passage car mes amis adorent cet appartement avec une belle vue sur la mer , plein de soleil , situé au calme mais à 1mn à pied des restaurants , des commerces , de la plage , de la gare ....

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Sa localisation . En disposant de tout le confort , il enlève le souci des tâches pratiques .. Il est plein de gaité et permet de profiter de tout en quelques minutes . Si l'on veut rester au calme , on s'assoit sur la terrasse , avec un bon livre , un verre de rosé bien frais avec une vue magnifique sur la mer !
