Middle Cottage offers a cosy stay ideal for a couple or small family. Just a short drive to the North Norfolk Coast, enjoy a stroll along the beach at Cromer with its iconic pier or perhaps potter around the market town of Holt.
You will find either Bickling Estate or Felbrigg Hall, both National Trust sites close by & for after a walk, there is an abundance of local pubs offering great food, to list a few: Black Boys Inn (Aylsham), The Ratcatchers (Cawston) or the Dial House (Reepham).
The property has been nicely styled & sleeps 5 people (2 double & 1 sofa bed)
Downstairs:
You'll find a lounge with a sofa (this is a sofa bed), armchair, coffee table & small dining table. There is a separate kitchen & WC.
Upstairs:
Two bedrooms with double beds along with a family bathroom hosting a shower over the back and a WC.
Outside:
There’s space for a max of 2 cars in the shared driveway. You have use of a private patio. Visible from the drive, you’ll see a large lawn, this is shared by our 2 other holiday lets on the same site, there’s enough space for all.
There is 1 flight of stairs.
The Cottage is within the grounds of 2 other cottages, each designed to be as private as possible. Should you wish to book for a larger group, get in touch!
