Arrived on time accommodation was great very clean and had most things we needed we kind of missed our outdoor space as we have 2 small dogs and they do like to sit outside but because we couldnt have a barbecue or small and a fire wouls have been too risky but overall a very nice stay fire pit and understand why because the outside area was small and
Great location, so peaceful and quiet. The owners have used the space so well and there is everything there for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the cake and flowers! Location is great.
What a gem, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we are looking forward to returning in the future, The accommodation was just perfect for a base camp, from where we could explore different parts of North Norfolk, and when not exploring we had somewhere to relax.
This property was amazing. Quirky, unique in everyway but had everything you could possibly need. We are already thinking of returning. Ideal location for visiting the area with lots of public footpaths to explore
Beautifully converted accommodation with everything necessary. Very obliging hosts right next door to recommend pubs and nearby beauty spots, and the patio area was a perfect suntrap. Ideal as a base for exploring the stunning super-dog-friendly area. Thank you for having us.
Initially i had booked 15 nights at Cozy Nook the property is a conversion of some kind and is very compact and i would say not suitable for folk with mobility issues. There are stairs which lead to the extended roof which makes up a sleeping area. There was issues with Internet/mobile phone connections in the area..The location is surrounded by farm land Norwich & Cromer are about 18 miles away. After the first few days Vonnie offered us a 2 bed cottage in Holt, which for us was far betterâŠ.the town was close by and local shops were accessible. Overall it was an interesting two weeks.
Spent two nights at Cozynook. Very clean and peaceful. Shame the weather wasnt dry so we could sit on the lovely terrace.
Vonnie was very friendly and mothing was too much trouble. Thank you!
Vonnie messaged me couple of days before trip to explain she had builders in and would we be willing to upgrade. 7 miles away to holt.
Which we agreed to and it was an amazing little cottage great location, very clean cottage and communication from vonnie was amazing too. Would defo like to visit again
Itteringham is a fabulous quintessential Norfolk village with a super village shop and countryside walks... you may need wellies on the local footpaths. Nearby Blicking Estate is wonderful, birthplace of Anne Boleyn. Cozynook was spotlessly clean, easy to find. It had all our essentials for a short getaway base from the modern world. It is small as described and the internet is intermittent. We found the roads were relatively quiet.
We wanted a quiet couple of days away with our 10 month old puppie and the walk from the property to Blickling Hall was absolutely lovely.
Our host recommended The Buckinghamshire Arms for an evening meal and the pork ribs were delicious and 2 racks was more than enough, thank you Diane.
Would say that you have to be fairly agile to get into the sleeping area.
A really well designed little converted barn ideal for 2.
We really enjoyed our stay at Cozynook. Itteringam is such a quiet little hamlet, with some beautiful walks. The little barn is cleverly designed and spotlessly clean. On arrival we were greeted by Vonnie with a cup of coffee and a delicious slice of her home made sponge (as well as fresh flowers - and milk provided in the fridge). Bed linen provided was fresh and clean and comfy bed. We met Tim later for a chat, who pointed us in the direction of the national trust park where we walked out dog Rosco round. He also enjoyed meeting little Izzie, their very friendly eight month old border collie. Also a fabulous old pub, The Walpole Arms within walking distance (about a mile) that serves tapas food, with excellent service with great food. Would certainly go back to the Cozynook
place was ok but location was not what we thought, its not private completely overlooked, surrounding areas was lovely, just shame where cozynook is located
Walking distance to pub and walking paths but nothing else around.
Youâre very close to the owners own house, you can hear them and they can hear you even just speaking - no privacy
Cozynook is a perfect little place to stay, if you plan to be out and about. Quirky and comfortable
We found it really easy. Vonnie emailed us a few days before our arrival with all the information we needed. Very friendly and told us places we could go to, apart from where we had planned. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night staycation and would highly recommend
We were looking for a quirky property to stay at and this seemed perfect. From the outside it looks small but inside is really well laid out. Beautiful rural location. The bed on a mezzanine level was an interesting place to sleep under the stars! Perfect for couples!
Had a wonderful time. Cozynook is as it says very cozy. Perfect for the 2 of us and the dog walking in the are is brilliant

Vonnie and Tim moved to Itteringham in November 2017 after visiting this special part of Norfolk. We have been walking, cycling around this beautiful area for years.
A beautiful house came up for sale and sold within a week, but we were lucky the sale fell through. When we saw Sunnyside was back on the market . We made the biggest decision of our lives. We sold our family home in Nottinghamshire within a day and moved to Sunnyside together with our tree maintenance business within 6 weeks. We wouldn't change a thing! Now we would like to share our little bit of Paradise with you!
CozyNook, a very small barn conversion. In a rural setting where you can walk in the middle of the road, see the stars at night as there is no light pollution (fantastic sight), chill out and relax. CozyNook, the perfect base from which to start your adventure whether walking, cycling or just going and explore the surrounding areas.
