This apartment comprises three thoughtfully designed bedrooms:

The master bedroom is a retreat, complete with an en suite bathroom, a spacious closet, a cozy double bed, and a large window overlooking the tranquil inner patio.
The second bedroom offers comfort with a double bed, bedside table, a mirror, and a balcony facing the bustling street.
The third bedroom, featuring glass walls with blinds, houses another double bed and enjoys a serene view of the inner patio.
The main bathroom is both spacious and bright, featuring a window that bathes the room in natural light while providing a glimpse of the inner patio.

Situated on the entire first floor of a building without an elevator, this apartment carries a rich historical legacy, having served as the main office for the city's basketball team, Unicaja Malaga, for the past two decades.

The location of an apartment is very central. Indeed, you will have a view of a square and the church of San Juan Bautista. You will also have the most important attractions of Málaga at your doorstep:

- 4 minutes on foot from the main street Calle Larios.
- 5 minutes on foot from Málaga Cathedral.
- About 15 minutes walk from the central beach La Malagueta.

A very wide choice of restaurants, bars, discos, and tourist activities is also available in the surroundings of the apartment.

The city center of Málaga has a wide range of cultural activities to help you discover the Andalusian culture and local customs. This city is the cradle of artists like Picasso and has developed its potential to offer visitors unique experiences.

The nearest bus and taxi stops are just 6 minutes away at la Plaza de la Marina. The main train and bus station is 15 minutes on foot. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the trip will take you 20-30 min depending on the transport you choose.

There are several parking lots nearby, the closest one, Parking Camas is just 2 minutes away on foot. There is no free parking in the historic center of Málaga. If you want to park on the street, the closest area is El Ejido, about 10-15 minutes on foot from the apartment.

- Check-in is available every day from 17:00 to 00:00. In the case of check-in after midnight, we will send you the directions to pick up the keys.

- For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbors, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
