Cette location vacances Ă  Malaga est situĂ©e sur Calle Carreteria, l'une des rues principales de la ville, oĂč se trouve de magnifiques bĂątiments du 19Ăšme siĂšcle avec leurs grilles forgĂ©es et grandes baies vitrĂ©es. Cette rue emblĂ©matique du centre historique de Malaga connaĂźt actuellement un rajeunissement complet avec l'ouverture de nombreuses boutiques, restaurants branchĂ©s et de magasins Ă  la mode.



Ce magnifique appartement de vacances Ă  Malaga est situĂ© au cinquiĂšme Ă©tage. Il a rĂ©cemment Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© et dĂ©corĂ©, avec des sols en marbre de haute qualitĂ©, murs en briques et fenĂȘtres en bois.



La propriĂ©tĂ© mesure plus de 140 mĂštres carrĂ©s ; elle est composĂ©e de 2 chambres avec lits doubles. L'une d’elle dispose d'une salle de bains privative. L'autre salle de bain est situĂ©e dans le couloir. Une des salles de bains a une baignoire, l'autre a une douche. Les deux chambres de cette belle maison de vacances Ă  Malaga donnent sur une charmante petite rue Ă©loignĂ©e du brouhaha de la route principale.



A cÎté des chambres, il y a une grande buanderie avec machine à laver, sÚche-linge, planche à repasser, évier et des espaces de rangement.

Great spot in the heart of town

Spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Very satisfied and would recommend. Just a word of caution if you like a quiet night, you will have to close all windows which keeps the sounds of the all-night partiers down. And I mean, all night.The management is responsive and kind. Malaga is awesome and we don't regret a thing.

We loved our stay at the Mary apartment. It was spacious for 4 adults.The beds were lovely and comfortable, kitchen very well equipped, we cooked a fresh fish meal that we bought from the local fish market, it was lovely and tasty, using all fresh local produce. Near to tapas bars, the port, the beach. We will definitely return.

Perfect Views and Location

We stayed around 3 weeks in November. The condo did not disappoint in any way! Views, spectacular from every window. Terrace, a wonderful place to watch a busy street that always had activity. Noise wasn’t bad if you closed windows. On a couple of nights we ran a noise machine. Mostly, we appreciated the bustle. The condo was fully stocked with everything you could want! Beds were comfortable. We would come stay again sometime. Malaga and many surrounding cities were just beautiful- Ronda, Granada etc - and easy to get to

Mary was good for us in Malaga

The Mary apartment was great for our 13 day stay in Malaga. Lots of space to spread out for the two of us and a kitchen made for cooking. A separate laundry room and large closet was an unexpected bonus. Two bathrooms and great water pressure were wonderful to have. The location on the edge of the old town, but still in it, made getting around very convenient. Grocery stores, restaurants and bars all within a 5 min walk if you want to stay close. If there is one downside, it would be the need for new beds (which has already been recommended via Solaga). The current beds aren't great for people with lower back issues. I would also say the main living area couch needs replacing too (it was OK but not great), but the couch in the study was very comfortable. With new beds, I would stay here again and again. We loved Malaga - there is so much to see and do and having 13 days allowed us to be relaxed about what we wanted to do and just live like a local. Teresa from Solaga was very helpful in getting us in the apartment and answering questions. For those renting from the US, they charge via Solaga, not VRBO, so if you'll want to make sure you use a credit card with no foreign transaction fee (if possible).

Wow

This is just an amazing apartment. We loved it. We made some mistakes, things I’d do differently next time. I’d definitely cook in. The kitchen is fabulous. Often in apartment rental the kitchen is almost a small addition to a room. Functional, at best. Here - it’s the heart of this home & honestly - this feels like a home that someone is sharing with you. I’m jealous. I’d love to have a place, a space like this. There were only two of us but I love space. You could fit 4 here easily, 6 even. WiFi was great. Stereo system was amazing. Everything and I mean everything you could want. But there must be a downside. There is. It’s a small thing. If I was writing out my “ultimate” apartment list - I’d love a larger terrace. Preferably private but hey! It’s right in the centre but not too noisy. We loved it. But as I say
.next time we cook. Coming for a few days it’s a pain to have to buy basic cooking so if a little oil, vinegars, spices were made up for each arriving guest that would be super. Just a thought. David Curran. Ireland

Everything is great!

They take care of it immediately if something doesn't fit. Unfortunately, the road was being remade during this time, which was associated with construction noise. It doesn't bother us at night, but it was a bit annoying during a leisurely breakfast on the terrace. But otherwise a very nice apartment, as it is centrally located and everything is within walking distance. We'd love to come back...

Alles top, es wird sich sofort gekĂŒmmert, wenn etwas nicht passt. Leider wurde in dieser Zeit die Straße neu gemacht, was doch mit BaulĂ€rm verbunden war. In der Nacht stört er nicht, aber beim gemĂŒtlichen FrĂŒhstĂŒck auf der Terrasse war es schon ein bisschen störend. Aber ansonsten eine sehr schöne Wohnung, da zentral gelegen und alles zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder

I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

Highly recommend this apartment -much larger and spacious than photos, many perks including filtered water, chef's kitchen, very stocked with everything, amazing linens, huge laundry room too. I wish we could have stayed longer - walkable to all the downtown, port and main restaurant area, grocery options nearby too. Binder with all you need to know is included - this is big bonus as a tourist - very smart. would give this place 10 stars if I could.

We had a fabulous 2 weeks at the Mary apartment. Carlos and Theresa (at Solaga) were very helpful. The property was exceptionally well set up. My husband and I love to cook, and the kitchen had absolutely everything needed. The location was perfect! Close to a grocery store, all major attractions, etc. The location was a bit noisy, particularly on the weekends, but we rolled with it! When you are in central Malaga, this is a given at any property. We would definitely stay here again.

Malaga is a very pleasant town & this is the ideal place to stay to enjoy it. Beautiful apartment, accommodating 4 of us in comfort.
