The space
I'm very excited to welcome guests to my stylish Tyneside flat which I hope will be the start of a memorable stay in Newcastle. The property is a downstairs 2 bedroom flat with access to private rear yard. It has been designed with style and comfort in mind with a mix of bright and neutral colors throughout. My property still boasts some of the great original features of the Victorian style building.
The flat will comfortably sleep up to 4 guests (one King bedroom, one double bedroom). The property is centrally located and a 4 minute walk from South Gosforth metro, providing quick, easy and cheap transport to Newcastle (7 mins), Central Station (9 mins), the Airport (15 mins), Coast (20 mins) and Sunderland (41 mins). This home away from home comes with up to 70Mbps fibre broadband and Wi-Fi and smart TV with Netflix and other popular apps.
Ground Floor:
Entrance to the property is through a private front door leading to a small hallway area. All bedrooms and living space are accessible from this area.
The living room doubles up as a dining space with a traditional table and 4 chairs and a large L shaped sofa with a TV. This space is great for relaxing during the day or in the evening. This then leads into a fully equipped kitchen with generous bench and cupboard space. To the rear of the property leading from the kitchen you will also find the bathroom with shower facilities. The outside space contains an array of beautiful plants as well as a small table and chairs for outdoor dining.
Both bedrooms are accessible from the main hallway and offer ample storage via wardrobes or space under the beds. With tall ceilings throughout and original fireplaces this flat comes full of character. The master bedroom is extremely spacious leaving plenty of room to relax beside the king sized bed.
The smaller bedroom has a comfortable feel with double bed and original characterful fireplace.
Free on street parking is available in the area.
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property as well as the rear yard. Please make yourself at home.
Other things to note
A high chair and travel cot is available as well as a small table and chairs in the garden. This property benefits from being one one level and does not contain any stairs.
PARKING
On street parking is free in this area and can be used throughout your stay.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before 11 am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

Additional rules
- Check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before 11 am.
- Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them
- Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down.
- Please use the table mats and coasters to protect the furniture
- When leaving the property please make sure you lock all the door and windows (Lift front door handle to lock)
- When leaving simply turn the thermostat dial down to use and set to a temperature to 16 Celsius.
